Dr. George Bitar, MD

I had eye trough filler by Dr Bitar in late June 2023. I had complications then, and now I am having a delayed onset bacterial infection. i'm on doxycycline antibiotics. This is really bad.

Dr. George Bitar is the one I trusted most in doing my breast implant replacement and later my breast implant removal with breast lift. In my mid-30's I wanted to have bigger breasts, like most women, and went to a plastic surgeon in Richmond for implants. I enjoyed having them for over 20 years, however I began experiencing them getting hard, or encapsulated. Three years ago I researched and found Dr. Bitar to replace them and was pleased with the results. This year, after serious consideration of my mother's breast cancer with mastectomy, and my older sister's recent breast cancer, I decided to have my implants removed. Since my breasts had sagged significantly, I decided to also have a breast lift. I went to Dr. Bitar for my surgery, and I am delighted with the results. Most of all I think it is crucial for women in considering breast surgery that bigger is not always better, and that a lift might be best.

Dr. Bitar = Dr. Confidence-Giver! I am forever grateful for the rhinoplasty he performed on me. Not only is Dr. Bitar one of Washington D.C.'s leading plastic surgeons, he is also one of the most genuinely caring and personable individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have referred multiple friends of mine to him and will continue to do so. Outstanding experience. I have had Dr. Bitar perform several procedures on me in the past and I have been extreamly impressed with the results. Dr. Bitar always discusses your options but never pressures you into making a decision. He generally cares deeply fo the community and his patients. For me it feels like Family. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff is very professional and the offices are state of the art. If your considering having plastic surgery please consider Dr. Bitar.

Dr. bitar had also done my non-surgical lip augmentation, and I was so happy and pleased with the results. I didn’t know anything about this procedure meaning how it went, but I really wanted bigger and fuller lips yet in a natural looking way. He did just that. He didn’t pressure me to get anything I didn’t want to, and he educated me on the procedure and did exactly how I wanted yet also giving me his medical knowledge about it and what is best for me. I give his place 5 stars hands down.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. He ruined my face. My forehead was so swollen that I looked like an alien. When I told him this procedure seems to be a nightmare ever since he touched my face, he reached out to me and promised to take care of me. After one and half year of follow ups, since I still wasn't able to raise my eyebrow, he started giving up hope and told me to start praying so the nerve would come back. Beware of this reckless unskilled person that unfortunetly has a license

I had cosmetic work done by Dr Bitar himself. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and has amazing work. Would definitely recommend and I would use his office again for any further services.

Dr. Bitar provides excellent care! He is a miracle worker! He and his staff are so kind and attentive that they make having a procedure stress free. I have total trust in Dr. Bitar and his team. The results have been remarkable.

I had surgery where a hernia was and my stomach died. Dr. Bitar took care of my stomach. The dying of my stomach was awful. It ended up getting infected and I had numerous surgeries. If it wasn’t for Dr. Bitar, I would not be here today. I was VERY sick. He took care of me for months. I am fine today several years later only because of Dr Bitar.. The memories are still very real but the pain is gone. I am alive because of Dr. Bitar. To me Dr Bitar can walk on water.

Dishonest. Does not care about positive patient outcomes, as it's not his face or body that is negatively altered. He uses trick photography to convince you your appearance has improved. Whatever confidence you had will be destroyed from going to the Bitar Institute.

In Jan of 2014 I had a consulted w/Dr. Bitar who did a Mommy makeover for my sis who had triple triplets. His work was amazing. After a gastric bypass and 150 pd Weight loss I had a Mommy makeover w/lipo, followed by skin removal from my arms/legs, upper/lower eyelids, a neck lift and fat injections to make my face fuller. Thxs to Dr. Bitars skills and his wonderful wife & staff who are all so caring and attentive I couldn't be happier w/my results. Thxs team Bitar!!! The team ROCKS!

Dr. Bitar has such a great bedside manner, always very caring and gentle. I always am thrilled to go see him and his wonderful staff every time I need to have any work done. I wouldn't let anyone else touch me. I only go to who I can trust. Thank you Dr. Bitar!!! You are amazing and I have you to thank!

Dr. Bitar has performed a full face and neck lift on me, as well as fat grafting and laser resurfacing. He and his wonderful staff fully prepared me for the procedures and recovery. I put my trust in him and am very pleased with the results. He listened to my concerns, explained my options and delivered. No more bags under my eyes, sagging face or turkey neck. The office is efficiently managed and the staff is as thorough, professional and friendly as Dr. Bitar.

The office was provided with the reason for the appointment three times but still had the wrong information when I arrived. They apologized and stated that Dr Bitar would see me and talk about options. After waiting 45 minutes I was told they were sorry but Dr Bitar would not see me and I could make an appointment with another employee. They apologized blaming a new employee was the mistake. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Would never trust them with any procedure. Don't waste money

Dr.Bitar and his team are amazing. He's very caring and thorough. He truly is the best. I had a rhinoplasty to fix a bump and make the tip smaller and now I finally have a beautiful natural nose. I had minimal pain and bruising and the swelling seems to go down everyday. I'm so happy with my results, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Bitar is a WIZARD!!! Anybody thinking about going for rhinoplasty and septoplasty with him should definitely do it! Dr. Bitar is a lovely man and I felt very comfortable with him so the whole process has been easy. He is a specialist in his field and this is exactly what you want when putting your face in the hands of someone else. Before my surgery, he answered my list of questions and discussed a realistic approach. I had a hump, a deviated septum and my bulbous nose drooped. Thank you! DP

I am 58 yr old female. I was looking for a neck and jaw line lift. I did my research: American Society of Plastic Surgeons, US News Top Plastic Surgeons (2012), Washingtonian Top Plastic Surgeons (2012), VA Board of Medicine and others. I selected Dr. Bitar. I did not want to look 35 or 45. I requested results that would make me look a ?refreshed 50 something.? Bottom line-8 months after surgery I can?t believe how wonderful I look.

Excellent work done by a fantastic surgeon. I had a breast reduction, diastasis recti repair, umbilical hernia repair, and an extended tummy tuck. I'm 1 month post-op and had zero complications. I've already recommended him to several friends that are looking for breast and/or skin reductions from extreme weight loss like my own.
