Unreal!!!
He was very kind and helpful asked alot of questions and made alot of recommendations. Great bedside manner! BUT!!! My 4th appointment they tell me I owe 2050.00! That they billed Medicare and they said my Medicare was cancelled! What a friggin lie! My Medicare comes right out of my Social Security! I even took a screen shot and showed them I was current. So, because I wouldn't pay the 2050 dollars they cancelled my appointment that I was there for! How many other people have you done this too Doctor Drakes?!?! Telling someone for the first time at an appointment that they owe you money or I'll cancel your appointment!?!?! WOW!! It will be forever before they get a penny from me!!!

I had a very negative experience trying to get an appointment, I was called by a Ms. Brenda who blatantly told me that I HAD to accept the appointment that she offered which I declined because it was on the same day as my family members funeral, I was not given another appointment by Brenda so I passed the situation on to my insurance company.

The absolute worst Dr I've come across in my entire life. Dr. George Drakes is very rude and unpleasant. He could care less about your pain and is obit about a dollar. The office never answer calls and the voice-mail is always full so its almost impossible to get questions answered or make appointments.
