WOW! How rude! I just called as a potential new patient & was verbally attacked by a receptionist named Shannon. She became agitated & angry 20 seconds into the call with my general questions about the dr. & office, that she stated " Do you expect me to put 5 phone lines on hold to answer your questions?" I even offered to call back but she was adament & extremely rude like I was "bothering her." What does this say about the doctor? She could not control her temper with even a new patient! SAD..

Mark has been our family doctor for many years. He is gentle and caring man who listens to his patients. I credit him with saving my life with other doctors were unsure of a diagnosis, he pressed the specialists to move forward. His office staff is excellent, and there is always time in their schedule for everyone. I would highly recommend Pine St. Medical, and Dr. Jobson.
