Saw as an inpatient at OHSU. This man looks at you like you are a bug or a plant specimen, not a human. He is "the big man" at OHSU, in charge of everything, and except for some of the staff and other patients, OHSU inpatient care is nothing but a holding cell and a means for residents to practice their interview/diagnosis skills: they provide no therapy whatsoever. And Dr. Keepers runs that zoo. Awful.
