Very Detailed
I was under Dr. Kemper’s care for a toenail fungus for nearly 2 years. Dr. Kemper immediately went to work on my toenails, manicuring them and explaining how it was important to stay on top of that. My right toenail was in bad shape and he recommended having it removed. He made the right call and I am completely satisfied with the excellent treatment I received. I had previously been to another podiatrist, that didn’t offer much help.

My 15-year-old son had an ingrown toe nail. Dr. Kemper was very empathetic and took his time. He was wonderful at chatting with my son throughout the entire procedure. His office staff is very friendly as well. I would recommend Dr. Kemper to everyone. - Sheri Schoonover

Dr . Keeper is excellent Dr. He never rushes and does his best. Very reasonable with his prices. Would recommend to everyone. And he’s American! You can understand him when he talks to you! Randy Wilhelm
