Dr Kotsakis was very professional in my teeth extractions. he and his staff explained in detail what would be done. i had iv sedation. i was very happy with him.

My experience was horrible, Dr. Kotsakis was not professional at all, I am 17 and had to get my wisdom teeth surgically removed. The experience I had was horrifying. Dr kotsakis actually yelled at me from shaking, I could not help it and the office did not even have a wheel chair for me after the surgery, I was actually rushed out of there and not to mention Jenny, she was horrible, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

When I got to the office I did not realize that they didn't take the credit that I was going to use, they still took my daughter in. I have been hounded, and harassed by Jenny, she is the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered, but the worst part is my daughter was treated very poorly and they actually owe me money. Jenny even writes sarcastic notes in the bill. It's actually scary, I would not recommend this place at all, especially if you have teens or young children!

Dr Kotsakis came off very nice and knowledgable at our consultation. However, after extracting my tooth and finding out months later from another doctor that Dr Kotsakis had left a piece of root in there, I was very upset. What made it worse was that he could not own up to his mistake and refused to see me again. I found this very unprofessional. I was now referred else where and have to have the whole procedure done over again. Highly recommend seeing someone other than Dr.Kotsakis.
