Dr. George Malki, MD

This would have been 0 stars but it will not allow you to! It has been almost 2 years since I left this establishment. I left because they always asked me to do research on how to get the answers that the doctor should have been. They heavily prescribe unnecessary prescriptions. Worst of all before I left I had new insurance and I wrote it down on the sign-in form. They of course built my old insurance and they reached out to me. I called billing and told them my new insurance company. Then again my old insurance reached out, and I again called to let them know my new insurance information. I receive a statement from my new insurance this year and it says that they finally got around to billing the correct insurance but they submitted it too late and do not pay the bill. Then a month goes by and now I am receiving collections notices for the amount that they could not get from the insurance company because of their lack of organization and submitting the bill late. Upon arrival,Proper social distancing and thorough Covid pre entrance qualification Before appointment! Associates, Jennifer and Charlene were exceptionally professional, empathetic, kind and especially Cheery! ( So rare now). Dr. Malki is, without fail, the Most educated, considerate, thorough professional I’ve ever met. He is consistent on Every visit I’ve gone to.

Horrible Doctor. He is never in the office. I have not seen him in the office in many years. I always get the newest Nurse Practitioner. He goes through Nurse Practitioners at a rate of about 3-4 per year. This should tell you something. They can not refill prescription in a reasonable time. The list goes on..... Best of luck if you choose this provider, or lack there of.

The office staff is horrible!!!! I had a 9:30 appointment I was there at 9 they didn't check me in until 9:25. I asked at that time if they were running on time..."for the most part" was the answer I got. When I questioned what that meant I was told they were on time and they asked "what time do you need to be out of here?" I told her if they saw me on time I would be out of there in time to get to my next appointment. They have no less than 3 signs in the waiting room stating if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be rescheduled. 9:30 comes and goes...9:40....9:45 still haven't been called back. At 9:48 (18 minutes past my appointment time the aide calls me back. First thing I say before getting on the scale is "Is the doctor ready to see me this minute?" "No they are in with another patient" I told them I needed my co-pay back. They still claimed they had been on time when I checked in. HORRIBLE STAFF!!

I’ve only seen him once since we started going to him, but his NP is very good. She spends time with you and listens!

We have been going to Dr Malki for at least ten years now. Extremely satisfied. Dr Malki takes his time with you. Never seems in a rush. Waiting time is usually about 10 to 15 minutes. Love his nurse too.

Dr. Malki and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. He takes his time, listens and answers my questions. He is very approachable . I am given an appointment in a timely manner . My wait time at the office is minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Malki . The nurses are great! Im very blessed to have Dr Malki as my physical. I would highly recommend him .

It took me a long time for find a great Family Care Practice in Central Florida. I finally found one with this group. Dr. Malki and the other providers take the time to listen and make sure all your concerns are addressed. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I have not once had an issue with getting an appointment or prescriptions refilled. I cannot recommend this group HIGHLY enough. You are in GREAT hands with this practice.

Patient for 4.5 yrs. The low rating is due to 2 staff people. I see Kelley Cross. She is good, but things in the office staff have changed. I went for a scan Cross needed. The first problem was when I brought the imaging disc to the office for Kelley, the woman at the front desk didn't know what to do. This older woman who sits next to Charlene said Kelley already got the report. I called 2 days later. I was told the report just got there. I have yet to find out what is wrong. It's been a week.

ARNP Kelly cross is great but med asst Ruthy is rude and way to casual. I called to inquire about diagnostic testing I had done and she picked up phone as if annoyed and said " yea .. what's up?" Just plain rude. Then she said "we'll call you .. we just got it yesterday".... well it may not be important to her but to me it is. Front desk associate place me on hold as I was speaking .. with out even asking me to hold. It's crazy .. good ARNP mediocre staff.

I have seen Dr Malki excellent Dr I mainly see Kelly Cross NP She is excellent listens to your concerns and takes time explaining things. Orders test to obtain correct diagnosis and does follow up.I would always recommend people to this group

My husband Jerry and I have gone to Dr. Malki's office for years. Every visit is a good experience for us. Everyone is friendly and professional. Michelle Hoya is extremely thorough with her questions and explanations to our questions. The nurses and staff are always nice and helpful.

Florida has a plethora of doctors, but finding one who is a good diagnostician, compassionate and competent is not so easy. . George Malki is one such health care physician who is dedicated to the healthcare of his patient and outcomes. I feel like I hit the jackpot, so dear older person, if you are looking for an exceptional doctor, look no further. He is right here in Orange City Town Center. Mohammad Khan Ph. D.

Recomiendo 100% los doctores que trabajan en Town Center Family Practice, sobre todo a la doctora Michelle Hoyos, porque maneja medicina preventiva, lo cual te asegura que no vas a contraer enfermedades terminales pues, ella siempre esta muy interesada en sus pacientes y te recomienda los exámenes de tipo preventivo. La atención y el servicio siempre son amables y a tiempo...Son excelentes...gracias doctora Michelle...

Appointment was same day I called when they opened only waited about thirty minutes

This staff is very cooperative in scheduling appts; they always manage to squeeze you in when you need to; and the Doctor and the PA's are very caring and never rush you through you appt.

I went to Dr. Malki's office November 2nd and at first, the experience was pleasant. I was asked to go for blood work which I did $985 to take my blood. After the blood work I had another appointment on November21. Dr. Malki had forgotten who I was and did not read my chart information before coming to the appoinntment room. The Dr's helper Charlene forgot one of the two perscriptions and got the other perscription wrong. Took a dozen calls to fix all this. Avoid this practitioner. Avoid

I have been patient with Dr. Malki for almost 20 years. He is a caring doctor with an excellent staff. They have always provided me with great service and treated me with respect. He has 2 great PA's that also work with him. I would recommend this office to everyone.
