Incompetent
The guy is a flake, He took a look at the wrong part of my body and kept saying it was a weight issue. Went to Dr. Velamarovich and he found the issue right away. Avoid George Martin at all costs, he sucks.

Dr. Martin's office told me to mail in my MRI disc (I live 200 miles away), his office called to say I wasn't a candidate. When I asked if they would mail back my disc, I was told "we don't have the capability to do that." They aren't capable of putting a disc into an envelope with a stamp and mailing it back? I spent a lot of time making photocopies, writing a letter and mailing them a packet of stuff - they won't spend a minute and a dollar mailing my disc back to me. Total waste of time.

I went to Dr Martin with grade 2 spondyolisthesis at the suggestion of my son, an orthopedic P.A. surgery was just two days ago but I am already better. He is a quiet man, but very proficient and detail oriented. His PA is very very good. I would highly recommend him. Any changes I will update.

Incompetent/dishonest. My mom was referred to him and an oncologist after an MRI revealed a lesion on her brain. He diagnosed her with an infection on the brain, said it would heal, & told her to cancel the oncologist appointment. He stood by that diagnosis for weeks, then said it was a low grade tumor, even after performing a biopsy. The biopsy results revealed that it was a malignant tumor. My mom died shortly thereafter. His misdiagnoses and lies after the biopsy delayed her chance for care.

WARNING! Be very careful with this Dr! He decorticated my husband's lumbar vertebral column from the L1-L5. After experiencing the horror of 2 unsuccessful surgeries, Dr. Martin was rude and didn't want to see my husband anymore. My husband has tried numerous times to contact Dr. Martin but he refuses to answer him. Even worse, my husband continues to suffer everyday from severe pain in his back down to his legs and feet. He is now permanently disabled and unlikely to resume a normal life.

Terrible. Everything was so disorganized and diassapointing. I should have just spent the $150 on pillows to help my back pain. I am still having excruciating pains and all I got for my $150 is for a few hits with a hammer on my knees. All I kept hearing is " tell me about your symptoms and we will tell the doctor" so here I am like an idiot repeating my symptoms and answering the exact Questions to 3 different people. Hours later... I'm still In pain and I have received no answers. Waste of $$$

On Oct. 21, 2016, after providing my Florida Blue Cross information, Dr Martin's Business Manager scheduled an appt. for Oct. 27, 2016. In an early morning voice mail I received on Oct. 24, 2016, I was informed that my appt. was cancelled because they were not in my plan. When I told her I found the doctor through the Blue Cross directory, she told me, we know who we have contracts with. When I asked "why schedule an appt. then?", she said they can only take Blue Cross of Texas. Go figure!
