Fast, efficient, and friendly as usual. Staff and doctor. Dr. Massoud shows an interest in patients, as people-not just numbers. He explains things well, and always asks if you have any other questions or concerns, at end of the exam. Very nice doctor, and well informed.

Dr MAssoud follows me up for several heart related problems, pericardial effusion, atrial fibrillation , high BP. I somehow gain more knowledge from two different echogram technicians who recently did my echoYhey explain to me how pericardial effusion affect the heart and could fatal at times when it results to tamponade. I learned more from them than the doctor, hate to say this. I told him that my blood pressure gets super low at times and informed him I had syncope events. About 2 or 3 weeks ago, my morning BP was 90/41 and I felt like I was going to faint, my back ached and lower limbs unstable. I emphasized to him that most of time my bp’s are low in an. But that morning he said my BP was fine when I saw him and didn’t entertain my idea of changing med dose or totally change med. He has fine patient-side manners expect this day, I felt I didn’t get his full attention and was in a hurry to end the visit.

I WONDER WHY THEY did not tell me last year i had the covic i never was sick. Dr Kay told me. in all of my other blood test never showed .I had all my shots even an extra booster one because of my age. I am not mad i was just was wondering.

Dr.Massoud was going to write me a heart prescription, I just happened to say that he had taken me off metropolo a few months back,he asked me why did he take me off that medication I didn’t know way it was to long ago,you would think he would have it in his records!!!So he put his prescription book back in his pocket…

I had an echo cardiogram last week and this was a follow up to discuss the results. Dr. Massoud gave clear explanations about the results and gave me plenty of time for any questions I had. Nurse Kim was outstanding getting me prepped for the doctor. Janna and (I hope I don't spell her name wrong) Qita were very friendly and outgoing and provided much needed information for an upcoming stress test. Thanks to the entire staff.

I have to listen very carefully to Dr Massoud because of his accent, but he really knows his stuff about hearts.

Dr. Massoud has been seeing me for the past 5 years and I have had excellent care from him.

Dr. Masoud is awesome: thorough, good listener, actually reads reports and office notes from other providers and asks questions about your experience and provider notes to clarify and understand. Takes your health seriously. Can't say enough about professionalism and bedside manner.
