Unprofessional
Telehealth
We had an initial tele-health visit (that I had waited weeks for). After just a couple of minutes he dropped the call, never to come back on. I messaged him right away and then later in the day. He never bothered to reply to my messages and I had to go through the process of making another initial appointment with a different provider. Technical problems are part of life, but not bothering to reply to a patient’s messages is unprofessional and rude.

Great MD for pain management, very helpful.
Dr. P is great. He has been there for me and my condition for almost 7 years. He always has a solution and takes time explaining my options. I've got a tough disease but he is someone I can always count on. His assistant Tonia is awesome too. She is "above and beyond" helpful. I'm lucky I was referred to him at UCSF Pain Management.

Dr. Pasvankas does not care for his patients. He takes forever to get an appointment and then does not help or care how his patients are feeling. Dr. Pasvankas will waste your time until you ask yourself how this guy became a doctor. Dr. Pasvankas is a pain doctor that clearly doesn’t understand the basics for treating pain and isn’t knowledgeable about most treatments. If you are looking to waste your time and money go to this guy. He’s a complete joke of a doctor.
