Dr. Reiss is the best!
George Reiss is not only a great physician as far as medical expertise, he is also a fine human being. He “sees” you, and he cares.I’ve been seeing Dr. Reiss for many years for Glaucoma, and he treated my father before me, also for glaucoma. I can count on him to keep up with the latest developments in his field of expertise. He also removed my cataracts.I trust him.

Received excellent care
I have been a patient of Doctor Reese for a few years. The office. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant. I have never experienced any thing but good service from them. Yesterday I went for an eye examination. Eshawn and Doctor Reese took their time with me and explained everything. I have ALS and they accommodated my needs perfectly. They went above and beyond in their service. Give them A plus!

I trusted this doctor mostly because of what I’ve heard about him. His manner is very professional. I would’ve appreciated more friendliness, but know that he is busy and trying to get to as many people as he

My appointment stated pretty much on time and the staff were all friendly and efficient. Dr Reiss made sure I understood what procedure he was performing and what yo expect. The girls that did most of the pre testing explained what they were doing and what to expect. The appointment lasted close to the amount of time they told me to allow for this visit. I appreciated very much that my post op check up was okayed to be in Prescott by my referring Optometrist who Dr Reiss knows. My over all experience was very good. Thank you!

Dishonest, overeager to use previous doctors notes
Unprofessional..asked our race due to my mom's heavy accent. Kept changing what he thought was the issue as we went to him for a second opinion. When I told him the other doctor said my mom had waves on the surface of her eye and used this as an excuse for reasoning my mom had the shadow post cataract surgery, Dr. Reiss didn't recognize it but then told his assistant to scroll up so he can see what the previous doctor wrote, then said yes I barely see it in the left eye, but not much (the eye that had the surgery) then said I see it in the right eye. So it appears it wasn't a big issue as a reasoning for the shadow or Dr. Reiss is incompetent that I had to tell him that was an issue that he missed upon evaluation. We plan to get a third opinion due to such circumstances and our family out of state ophthalmologist. I did notate that he commented that there was 'cloudiness under the lens' and then he later tried to change this statement to the lens being glass causing the shadow.

My experience with Dr Reiss was quite enjoyable and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this being my first appointment with him and knowing it would take anywhere between2-3 hours. However, the appointment was very thorough and informative and helped me to be more confident moving forward in my eye care
