The worst staff the I have ever experienced
If I could give this office zero stars, I would. The only positive in this practice is the NP AnnMarie but she is unfortunately terribly overshadowed by an office staff that never fails to be rude, disrespectful and infuriating. My entire family have been patients here for 15 years and have never once seen the actual doctor that owns the practice. Good luck trying to get answers to any questions as you are directed to leave a message and 'not to call back' as they will get back to you basically when they feel like it. They lack knowledge and when confronted with actual information, they treat you like you are the problem. Have contemplated many times over the years switching practices but now we are truly fed up and done.

Politics Rule This Office
What Hippocratic Oathe? ....Only cares about making money! Has no interest in getting to the core issues, has referral parties, doesn't follow up, office staff is rude, have to chase down your prescriptions, etc..... I could go on and on and on!

Would definitely not recommend Dr. Seretis’ practice to anyone in the Swedesboro/South Jersey area. I have had little to no interaction with Dr. Seretis, but have had several issues with the staff of receptionists. They have made countless mistakes involving insurance in one of my father’s workplace injuries (claiming we do not have coverage for his injection, when we did the research FOR THEM and discovered the insurance fully covered the injection). I have had my own issues regarding my experience booking a COVID-19 PCR test. I needed this PCR test from my primary doctor in order to travel for business. Not only did the receptionist rudely tell me that “there is absolutely no way I’m getting a test without symptoms” but continued to tell me how limited their supply is of a readily available test. I went to an URGENT CARE and had a better experience obtaining this test. At the URGENT CARE staff was much more welcoming and approachable as well. I will be switching primary doctors ASAP.

Went in for annual bloodwork. As he does every year, he says "all looks good". This year, I decided to review the results from Labcorp myself and found several items out of whack. When I asked what these categories and numbers meant, he did explain them. Many of my symptoms were explained by these results, so how were they missed? He said, let's retest everything in a few months. He ordered the bloodwork and said, get it done a week before my follow up appointment which was in 4 months. When I arrive for the follow up in 4 months, he says, everything looks great! So, I asked, oh, so my numbers on this issue we had discussed look better this time? He said, oh, I didn't have them test for that! WOW! Why am I hear then?! It was the last straw! For years I've felt he never listens. Half pays attention! He's in it for the money and seems more interested in impressing the interns who follow him around on most visits than listening to me! Finding a new PCP! DON'T MAKE THIS MAN YOUR DOCTOR!

How this doctor has treated my elderly father is inexcusable and borders on neglect. Uncaring and he doesn’t seem interested in a patients health. Even when told about abnormal symptoms that clearly show something is wrong he did not look into why or even bother to search for what the reason for the health issue was. Never choose this man for your doctor.

I went to the doctors to get a wellness check-up and a biometric screening done, both of which are free once a year through my company's insurance. Once I got in I was told they don't do the biometric screenings there and I had to go to Quest. I scheduled an appointment there and got it done. A couple weeks later I get a bill because the doctor's office ordered additional tests that I never asked for or was ever notified about. I called the doctors office and they told me there was nothing they

Dr. Seretis is out to make money. He is unprofessional, uncaring and heartless. Most of the time you only see his PA's. I will never recommend any of my family or friends select this practice for healthcare. Do yourself a favor and do not choose him to be your family physician.

Dr. Seretis does not address the concerns and needs of his patients once they've left the office. You are usually seen by a PA, and there is little or no response if you have a question or concern from his office after your visit.

Not a bad guy when you get to see him, but 99% of the time you see a PA. That said when you are privileged enough to get on his schedule you wait over an hour until you actually speak to him in person - they break it up by having the MA ask questions, then maybe a student who is shadowing him, but this is all a smoke screen to make up for the long wait time.

Dr. Seretis is a private physician who prioritizes patient care based solely on general issues of the office as a whole. He does not provide individual patient care based on the needs of the patient. In addition, he seems to be to busy to even provide attention to patient satisfaction. He belief is that if you are unhappy you can go elsewhere. He is more concerned with quantity of patients verses quality care. IN addition, he has limited hours that does not consider the needs of his patients.
