Dr. George Toledo, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Toledo’s for over 20 years. He is honest about what I need and what I should expect. He delivers 100%. I have had breast implants in 2003, rhinoplasty in 1998 and a facelift in 2025. I always look natural and amazing. Dr Toledo always makes me and my hubby feel at home and his staff is incredible. Actually the same staff has cared for me with each surgery. It says a lot that his staff choose to work with him for so long.

My entire experience with Dr. Toledo and his team was very positive. Dr. Toledo is very honest about the results he can achieve and his team is very transparent about pricing and recovery time. My rhinoplasty surgery day was very easy since the surgery occurred at Dr. Toledo's office building. I believe the whole experience took only two hours. Moreover, I have had no issues with recovery and Dr. Toledo and his team have always been available for questions and checkups. Overall, my results exceeded my expectation, and I have full confidence in recommending Dr. Toledo to others.

Dr. Toledo performed a breast reduction and lift and brow and neck lift. I am very pleased with the results and found Dr. Toledo to be professional and honest and I am extremely happy with the results. I definitely has my endorsement and I would absolutely recommend him to others looking for natural looking cosmetic surgery. Like most of the other reviews I read when deciding on Dr. Toledo, and completely agree, the staff was wonderful!

Dr. Toledo's skills and judgement are excellent and would be very hard to beat. Rhinoplasty and facial cosmetic surgery are, in general, very difficult and unlike breast and abdominal cosmetic surgery. The face and especially the nose are an area that only a small percent of 'plastic surgeons' even attempt. 10% of that small number are even 'OK'. 10% of those are 'good'. A small percent of those are excellent. Dr. T is one such excellent rhinoplasty and facial surgeon but goes a step above that. He is one of only a couple of Texas surgeons double boarded in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology and thus has the knowledge and experience to completely 'rearrange your face' - in a good way! Most rhinoplasty surgeons are not comfortable taking the facial nasal bones completely apart for reconstruction. Dr. T makes the open rhinoplasty technique routine to get the optimal airway and your desired cosmetic result. Revisions and ethnic noses are difficult. Dr. T excels at these.

I admire Dr. Toledo's skill and kindness. I had a full facelift, brow lift and eyelid surgery in January 2024. I look 20 years younger and more importantly I look like myself without the tired eyes, jowls and crepey neck. My husband says I look almost too young, like his trophy wife. That make me feel so special. A friend once told her Dr. Toledo is a wizard and I completely agree. The entire process was easy, my recovery was exactly what they told me it would be. I'm so happy with my results. I'm a registered nurse and I highly recommend Dr. Toledo to anyone considering a facelift or nose job.

Dr. Toledo did my rhinoplasty at Christmas. My nose was big and wide, so he narrowed it and defined my tip. I love my nose and can't stop looking at it. The results are exactly what I wanted. Dr. Toledo is a great surgeon and I'm so glad I went to him. He is a no-nonsense, direct type of doctor, but I like it when someone is a straight shooter. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Toledo performed by revision rhinoplasty 2 years ago and I'm thrilled with the results. He was able to fix a mess inside my nose and made the outside in perfect proportion. I'm so grateful because I was turned down by multiple surgeons in Dallas and LA. He did exactly what we discussed and I appreciate his directness. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Toledo and his entire staff. I was referred to him by another plastic surgeon who told me he is the 'facelift and rhinoplasty guy' in Dallas. Dr. Toledo was very nice and spent a lot of time talking me through all my options. I really appreciate that he explained why he was recommending my facial rejuvenation procedures. I had my face and neck lift, forehead lift, rhinoplasty, and lower eyelid surgery in February 2024. My results are beautiful, I look 20 years younger. I was back to work after 10 days with almost not bruising. Dr. Toledo's knowledgeable staff walked me through the entire process. I'm so thankful I went to Dr. Toledo. He is a genius and I highly recommend him.

Dec 2022 I had a huge midline hernia and needed it repaired along with a complete abdominal wall reconstruction. My abdomen was unsightly and huge! Dr. Toledo’s expertise and precision has resulted in a beautiful, flat abdomen!!!! I would not go to anyone else!! Dr. T and his staff are so compassionate, friendly and above and beyond in all their surgical procedures!!! This is my family’s 4th surgery with Dr. Toledo. He is beyond exceptional! Wonderful experience, once again!

He’s a NARCISSIST!!! Office staff is amazing…totally misleading to what you are about to encounter. He does not care about your feelings. He did my nose and when I came back to let him know what I wasn’t happy 100% and pointed out why (bc there were discrepancies between the pics and what I ended up with). He claimed not to see what I saw (which others have understood what I was seeing) said it was me, that I had body dysmorphia, are you kidding me! If he has said he could not make it any smaller/narrower (which the pictures showed) bc of my structure I would have respected that. Instead as soon as he came into the room, he was guns blazing with his huge ego. If you want someone to listen to you, use someone else, someone who cares about his patients, not this narcissist. …to give you all some context, this was my first plastic surgery. I had a rhinoplasty and facelift about 3 months ago. I love my nose and neck. Dr. Toledo did exactly what he told me he would. I trust him completely. His office staff was so nice every time I went in they are so warm and welcoming. I have sent him at least 5 friend who had rhinoplasty surgery too and they all rave about his work. Dr. Toledo performed rhinoplasty and breast augmentation last month. I LOVE my results. I only wish I did it earlier. My breasts are just the right size- not too big, not too small. They fit my athletic frame perfectly. Before surgery my nose had a big hump and pointed down when I smiled. Now multiple people tell me I look like Halle Berry. What a compliment! I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Toledo 2 weeks ago and I love my results. The entire process from consultation to surgery was very easy. My mom even said she was amazed at how caring the entire staff is. Dr. Toledo is very confident and that made me feel good about choosing him. I saw multiple doctors in Dallas/Fort Worth and Dr. Toledo is the only one who addressed my exact concerns about surgery. He showed me what to expect by using computer imaging and after 2 weeks my nose pretty much looks exactly like the imaging. The surgery was painless, I just had swelling in my nose that feels like nasal congestion for a couple of days after surgery. I had surgery on Thursday and went back to work on Monday. Dr. Toledo’s staff spent a lot of time answering my questions and walked me through what to expect. I am so thankful my family doctor referred me to Dr. Toledo. After years if hating my nose, I now love it. I highly recommend Dr. Toledo.

Performed parts of surgery that were not discussed and not agreed upon. Very rude and dismissive. Terrible bedside manner. Wants to get you in and out of office as soon as possible. Doesn’t seem to care what you want but only what he does. fully has ruined the functionality and look of my nose. do not come to him unless you want to get another rhinoplasty

I have been going to Dr. Toledo for almost 30 years. I trust him and I will be going to him in the near future, since I am getting older. He makes you look you very best. I recommend him to family and friends.

I received a rhinoplasty almost a year ago and aside from his rude and dismissive attitude, my nose now has an inverted V, open roof deformity, and notching. I have had to have filler put in my nose just to have it look normal until I can get a revision from a qualified doctor. They encourage you to leave positive reviews to battle the negative ones. Trust the negative ones and run far away.

Dr. Toledo is the best out there. I felt comfortable from the first consultation to the last follow up appointment. I had septoplasty/rhinoplasty and could not be happier with the result.
