Dr. Georgianna Richards, MD

Dr is great but wait time is a real problem. It's difficult waiting 3-4 hours for a simple routine appointment. The patient, for whom I'm a caregiver, has a brain injury and gets agitated and hungry.

2 hour wait. Follow up MRI to be scheduled. Called two weeks later - mri not scheduled because scheduler was on vacation. Showed up for follow up appointment but cancelled because MRI still not done. No further follow up from her office

Wait time is an all day affair - better pack a lunch. My appointment was at 1 pm and I left the office around 4 pm. Office Staff could care less - very friendly to your face when you eventually get their attention but they neglect their duties - called in my prescription to another state, did not call in ct scans that doctor ordered. They lead me to believe that they called them in and was waiting for authorization but after speaking to my insurance company I found out this is not the case.

She is a very caring Doctor and person. She has called me many times just to check on me. But most of all she has helped me more then any Doctor before. I would recommend her for anyone
