Back surgery gone awry.
Seemed very caring and attentive before the surgery but had little compassion for my post-op issues. I'm way worse now than before the surgery.

My first visit
When I went to go see him for the first time, I knew that I was never going to go to another neurosurgeon. Even his his staff is wonderful and his partner. He diagnosed me, did what he could for one of my problems, and for that problem is wonderful. Found out about my other problem, and he was honest and straight forward with me since the start.

Dr McGuillicuddy is the finest neurosurgeon I have ever worked with in my 27 years as an Anesthesiologist, one of the best surgeons to ever operate on me, and a rare example of all that a physician should be.

My father was a patient. He recommended a procedure and said there was very little risk. My father experienced major complications as a result of this procedure. This doctor ghosted the family and walked away. I would not recommend this doctor to my worse enemy. He has zero compassion and is all about the money.

Very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. McGillicuddy. An incredibly skilled experienced surgeon. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Very concerned for his patients; e.g. we left our 1st visit at 6:15 pm and he still had a roomful of people waiting to see him, and once left a voice message from his office phone at 8:30 pm! Quite busy but took his time to explain my situation and the ACDFP procedure using computer images. And very serious yet we always share a few laughs during my visits

Dr McGillicudy has performed 2 back surgeries on me. He is so meticulous and caring. When you are with him you feel like his only patient. No one, but Dr. McGillicuddy, will operate on me for this problem. When you have all the nurses, anesthesiologist etc. telling you he is number 1 you know he must be.
