Acknowledged my concerns
I have taken my grandma to a few of her appointments with Dr. Somera and she always has listened to any concerns I had. These last few days Dr. Somera and her staff have listened to me and provided my grandma with the care she needs in a timely manner. I cant thank Dr. Somera and her staff enough for the help during these tough days. Highly recommend to anyone needing a doctor who cares.

Misdiagnosis! Doesn’t listen! Refused to order MRI for a condition I have had twice before and received surgery for, spinal disc problem. Said it was carpal tunnel problem. Canceled appointment because she was going to be out of office and set it for 8 months later!

The worse Doctor ever
She is constantly out of country and canceling appointments. She doesn’t listen, rushed and down right rude. I get the feeling she thinks she is above everyone else. Her office staff are just as personable as she is. I evenly fired as my physician and found another that actually acts like a doctor. I would recommend her see my worst enemy.

I asked her if her feet hurt from wearing high heals all day. She replied "you're just jealous that you can't wear them". I'm a 69 year old retired lady who has no desire or reason to wear high heals; especially after 2 back surgeries which she's well aware of ! If I didn't have to check a star to submit this statement I wouldn't have.

I really give zero stars. Will not return calls at all. She is my mother's Dr. My mother is currently at the end of her cancer battle and I live 4 hours away from her. I went to go be with my mom and had to take fmla to do so. Dr Somera refuses to fill out my fmla paperwork. Her and her office staff are terrible, rude, and heartless. I even had the hospice supervisor try to contact her for me and nothing. I'm just appalled at my experience with this place and with her.

In two years I have not been able to see Dr Somera outside of a three month scheduled appointment. If I ever have a problem I am told to go to the ER. No follow up with the PCP. No reference to the NBMC walk in clinic. The NBMC is an outstanding facility. Short on PCPs and difficult to get another. She is clinically polite and addresses concerns when there. But care is minimal. She's too busy. I have cancer and can't be seen when needed.

Once she became my "Medicare" physician..thing's changed.Previously she was my OHP (Oregon Health Plan) doctor. Now as my Medicare physician ..the outpatient visits are short and it seems to be for excessive billing to Medicare.Her notes of my personal health history are not accurate.I am disabled by the SSA (Social Security Administration)..yet Dr. Somera fights with me concerning, obtaining a "Handicapped" parking permit !
