Dr. Champaloux has been my doctor for over 20 years. He's a great doctor, his office, not so much. Trying to make an appointment, only to be told Dr. Champaloux is not seeing patients in Office, only the NP is. However, they want almost $1 per page to copy my file in order for me to be able to take it and find another doctor. I have a large file, with a lot of history, which I am sure will cost me several hundred dollars. This is completely unacceptable, considering it's not my fault that I now don't have doctor that is seeing patients.

Dr. Champaloux is a great doctor, the old school type of doctor that listens and does not rush. He has been my doctor for way over twelve years and I appreciate his kindness, gentleness, and his knowledge. He does not believe in filling you up with drugs (unless absolutely necessary) but takes more of a holistic approach. He cares about his patients and he shows it. His staff is nice and friendly as well.

Dr Gerard Champaloux has been my PCP for well over 10 years. I owe him my life. I will never go to anyone else. 11 years ago, I was followed by another physician whom misdiagnosed my shortness of breath & respiratory distress on multiple occasions as asthma. With no improvement in my breathing, I went to see Dr G. Champaloux whom quickly diagnosed me in his office as heart failure. My heart muscle was functioning at only 15%. Dr G. Champaloux sent me directly to the ER and notified a cardiologist whom was awaiting my arrival. I was hospitalized for several weeks, placed on medication, and eventually ended up with a implantable cardiac device in my chest. My heart is functioning near normal now. The cardiologist said I would not have lived another week had I not been diagnosed so quickly by Dr G. Champaloux . I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a primary care physician. Thank goodness his many years of experience as a physician saved my life. I am forever grateful to him.

My 54 yr old husband was having chest pains that we thought were due to indigestion. He went in to see Dr. Champaloux and the Dr. had blood drawn. The next morning Dr. C called my husband and asked him to come back in because there were abnormalities in his bloodwork. He told us to go directly to the hospital and they found 100% blockage in the main artery of his heart. The cardiologist had to place 2 stents in his heart and told us in another month my husband would have been dead.

We have been seeing Dr. Champaloux since he began his practice. My husband, my son, and I can't thank Dr. C enough for what he has done to help our family. On two occasions he sent my husband for test rather quickly, but both times cancer was discovered. We feel that he saved my husband's life twice. I have had multiple health issues, and Dr. Champaloux has diagnosed and treated them or sent me to the appropriate specialist. The specialists who he referred were top-notch.

I have been a patient of Dr Champaloux's for 17 years. He honestly cares about each individual and you do not feel like just a number. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit but he NEVER rushes you when it is your tur n. I have a friend that now goes to see him. Great front staff, wonderful nurses. His nurse LB is my favorite nurse. I highly recommend him. Great Doctor and a great man.

After seeing Dr. Champaloux for over 20 years, I am completely satisfied that he is committed to providing health care, not just medical care. I have recommended him to friends and relatives. And I have trusted him to care for my 24 year old son.
