The office staff is the worst. I made an appointment two weeks prior and they took all of my insurance information. I made it to my appointment and I was told I was late; they had me confused with a different patient. Then I am told they no longer take my insurance. I asked "Then why did my insurance gave me Dr. Rojas as my PCP?". The receptionist walks to the back and speaks to the office manager? She returns and tells me that we are no longer taking new patients. I asked my question again.

Dr Rojas was kind and sincere. He listens and takes his time. His staff however are the complete opposite. They are always annoyed when you have a question. They demand payment before even hello. Actually I don’t think they’ve even ever said hello. Scheduling with the staff is a nightmare! To them you are just an inconvience that’s interrupting whatever they do behind their glass booth. It’s a shame because Dr Rojas is very Pleseant and genuine. I will miss him.
