Best PCP I’ve ever had. Seriously.
Dr. Tolbert is amazing. He always answers all of my questions and never seems bothered by how “dumb” or minuscule they may be. He is very open minded and loves educating me on every appointment I see him in.

Dr. Tolbert as always. Also the gentleman at the front desk, I can't recall his name, but he helped us to get my daughters My Chart set up. He went out of his way to help and ensure everything was correct prior to us leaving the appointment. Very friendly and impressive.

This was my first visit with Dr. Tolbert and I never felt like I was rushed. He sat and talked with me about all of my concerns and never made me feel like he had a whole line of patients waiting. Explained everything to me in depth. Highly reccomend.

I was very impressed with my first visit with Doctor Tolbert. And feel very confident with having my care in his hand. Here is very thorough went over every single one of my medications with me. He talked about future plan for my care. Did not feel rushed it all.

Horrible experience, the guy is a total jerk and when he sent my medication request to the pharmacy he requested the incorrect dosage luckily I caught it

Excellent staff and excellent care. I just switched after dealing with St. Elizabeth Healthcare for five years it was a refreshing change of pace. I loved my old doctor at St. E but was no longer happy with the robotics of my healthcare with them. Dr. Tolbert and his staff actually answered my questions, didn't rush me in and out, and were so nice and caring. It felt like healthcare should be.

Dr. Tolbert took his time with me as a new patient and reviewed my history and past medical records very thoroughly. Very professional and courteous. Also, many thanks to his staff (esp.- Amanda who went out of her way to help me set up an appt. with a specialist!!). All a very good experience and I would highly recommend. Thanks everyone at the office!!
