In the beginning, the dr and her nurse were very attentive and thorough. After a few visits, they became distant, and they don't value your time. Their office hours are limited so patients have to be flexible if you want to see her in person. We had to clear our entire day because it's at least 2 hours wait. Because of my dad's condition, we decided to do video calls since most of his visits are follow-ups. Even on video calls, you need to wait at least 2 hours. Once she's on the video, she tries to rush through the appointment. Sometimes on the calls you can see she's out and about talking to people in public. ummm. what happened to Hippa. Shouldn't this call be in a private room discussing patient's medical condition. She's very unprofessional and her nurse is never available when we need to make an appointment. I was told by the nurse that the office has been reduced to 2 people... she and the dr. It's no wonder they always have people wait.

She explains everything, however, they over book appointments. Appointment time at 10:00am and you don’t leave until 12:30pm. Waited two hours for test results and waited two hours and had to leave before getting results. I called and explained that every time I come I wait two hours or more. That is entirely to long, especially for results. Asked could they just give me the results over the phone like most doctors and was told that’s not their policy.

Dr. Chimeka and her associates took care of me when I was extremely ill and other doctors had brushed me off. They ran every test on me and I was treated with excellent experienced care. I highly recommend her.

In 2011 Dr. Gert saved my life. I highly recommend her and would sit in her waiting room all day to see her if I needed her. She went above and beyond my expectations & I am forever grateful to her.

I paid $150 to wait in the lobby for 2 hours, wait in the patient room for 1 hour, all to talk with the doctor for 2 minutes. She over books and it's such an inconvenience. I'm back again for my labs and I'm stuck waiting again for 3 hours. Horrible service to patients.

I drive from Lafayette, La just so we can see her. She saved my grandmothers life and now she is working with me because i am not well. She and her staff. Are very caring and good at what they do. You might have to wait a while to see her but she is worth it!
