Worst medical experience in my life
Dr Mannor was supposedTo put a stint in my tear duct to reduce my eyes from tearing. I have a very high pain threshold. This was the most painful medicalProcedure I have ever experienced. To make matters worse he was agitated and impatient with me the entire procedure. At the end of the procedure my eye had a burning sensation. When I told him that he was so frustrated and insisted on taking the stint out! He said he planned on being out of town for the weekend and didn’t want to deal with having to come back later to remove it. I tried to negotiate another solution after enduring 30 minutes of hell to put the stint in. There was NO negotiation. The stint was coming out! I left his office with a bruised and sore eye, in tears with no stint. I am 60 years old and have never been treated so badly by a physician. The nurse was an angel. She held my hand throughout the procedure and apologized profusely when it was over, stating “you never should have had to go through that”.

He performed a Ptosis surgery on my eyes in 2013 and forgot to remove a tiny plug he'd placed in my tear duct. I had 2 additional surgeries by other ophthalmologists after that but none seems to work anymore. DO NOT go to this man whom is always in a rush and it seems his top priority is to meet his quota for the month and get paid from your insurance company rather than being concerned about your vision. Terrible experience and I wish I had known a little more about this guy!!
