I don't recommend this Dr to ANYONE! She hardly smiles, asks the same question over and over, answered phone calls about other patients during sessions and talks on the phone about other patients in front of you, she claims she has dementia, forgets to fill all the correct prescriptions, and the majority of the time she’s late cause she’s behind on her schedule. Currently I’m looking for a different psychiatrist. Highly recommend you avoid the dr at all costs!!

Al-Asadi Ghada is very nice, honest, and is upfront. I have no complaints as of yet. Unfortunately, some of her staff can be very rude and unprofessional. It's strange because it seems to be the female staff. All of the men have been courteous and professional. Other than that Dr. Al-Asadi is awesome!

I have suffered from bipolar disorder and anxiety for many years and I have seen more than 10 psychiatrists but never felt great. I went to her and she ordered full physical check up, and did detailed psychiatric evolution, put me on a different mood stabilizer and antipsychotic and I did not have side effects. She refused to give me benzodiazepine which I was addicted to which I did not like, but she insisted that she is not a supermarket, and if I insisted on benzodiazepine then I should go somewhere else, she referred me to a psychologist for cognitive-behavioral therapy, which benefited me a lot. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing psychiatrists for the last 43 years, in different countries, they all put me on multiple medications including an antidepressant, which sedated me and gave me side effects I heard about Dr. Al-Asadi from several people and went for a second opinion, she gave me a different diagnosis, removed the antidepressant she said I do not need them, and I feel much better and no side effects. When ever possible she first gave me samples to help me with the costs. I found her to be very compassionate; she called me several times to check how I was doing, she listened carefully to what I was saying and I was very attentive. After this I had no hesitation in choosing her as my doctor. What a relief and a blessing to have found her, I highly recommend her.

Dr. Al-Asadi is using intimidation tactics at Aurora Charter Oak Hospital by lying to patients and telling them to refrain from saying they want to go home or they will be held longer. She also falsified documentation to justify her illegal and unethical practices of holding patience longer for treatment. Dr. Al- Asadi is contracted by this hospital and uses these tactics to bill insurance companies more than what she is entitled to.

Do not use this doctor at all costs! She is by far the least caring physician that I have ever met. She constantly cuts me off mid sentence, does not listen to what I have to say, and all she does is see you for 5 minutes then throws another prescription at you in the hopes that it will work this time. She is not a doctor, she is an imbecile who is doing the same thing google could tell me if I just slapped in my symptoms. She wasted my time, my money, and has caused me more problems than before

She sees each patient for about 2 minutes total. Doesn't care at all about what you say. Clearly a pill pusher, when I told her I did not want to take a medication anymore because it made me want to kill myself she yelled at me and said "well then tell me what you want to be on". She is so unprofessional, stay away, find any other doctor, she will just mess you up more...trust me.

I am filling a formal complaint agains Dr. Ghada Al-Asadi. She sent me to the Aurora Behavioral Center in Covina for an evaluation. They kept me there heavily sedated for five days. She or the personal from the Center never asked my husband if what I was saying was real.

I was treated like a pharmaceutical Guinea pig! My longest appointment was 15 minutes! I was maxed out on prescription s and given other prescription s to balance out. I successfully gained 40 pounds and had to go to a psychiatric hospital in Northern California where my prescription s were reduced and my life became manageable again!
