very rigid, not open to learn new information
Unfortunately, I found the level of care provided by her to my newborn found very unsatisfactory. There appeared to be significant challenges in communication, and I did not feel that our needs or concerns were properly understood or addressed. She is NOT receptive, incompetentent, doesn't even have any enthusiams to learn which potentially cause harm to her patients. Based on our experience, I believe that additional training may be beneficial for a whole health approach.
