Incompetent
Office is old and outdated. Staff is Inept and rude. Qadir may have been caring at one point, but im not seeing it. Hospice was called to come for my DYING mother. Medication had to be changed and Qadir went of on the hospice nurse because she didnt want them there. MY family requested hospice. But apparently it goes against her beliefs. Because of Qadir she suffered longer than she should have. Hospice was our only hope, and they were not shocked by her reaction.

Terrible experience with prescriptions
Need to get a prescription form completed for refill for colostomy supplies. Was done incorrectly or incomplete 4 times over a 3 week period. And is still not done. I’ve been promised several times it will be taken care of but haven’t seen evidence that has happened. Have also previous bad experiences with prescriptions at the office in the past.

Absolutely terrible! No bedside manner and should not be taking care of the elderly. My dad almost died because of her neglegence.

she always listens to what we tell her is wrong, gives good advice to remedy non-life threatening problem. Refers to specialists when needed. She is sometimes rushed when she's overly busy and has full waiting room and her staff are friendly.
