Excellent doctor!
Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Was shown to an exam room and was first examined by a "student" (Sorry - I don't know all the terms for various levels of professional advancement). When Dr. Rayan arrived, the student presented their exam and findings. Dr. Rayan examined my hand, explained in detail what he was doing, what he found, what he recommended. He was very thorough and addressed my questions and concerns. If his answers raised more questions, he addressed those as well. He gave me all the time I needed, and I never felt rush or hurried. He is a surgeon, but he has never pushed me towards a surgical solution for my issues. This is an excellent Physician!

My daughter broke her finger with multiple fractures. Due to our insurance And Christmas it took us 11 days to get into him after the accident But he was able to fully fix her finger after the bone was twisted and had fractures that were going into two joints.

Would not recommend. I went in for Right thumb pain. Took X-ray told me I have Pre arthritis, but to wear a brace on my thumb 24 -7 for 3 weeks and it will be gone. I’ve been seeing a RA specialist for 2 yrs. for my RA. I still have my thumb pain. I’ll keep searching.

I would never ever recommend him to anyone , especially if it's kids . Seems like he just loves performing surgery , not caring patient at all . Even his intern and nurses are rude . One nurse even said ' teenage is worse than this age kids' to treat . After care is no explaination what's so ever and he just kicked us out only because we questioned .

I had arthritis in the joint between thumb and left wrist. He said it was too early for surgery and had a splint made that relieved all my pain for three years. After 4 or 5 years he said it was time for surgery. The surgery and recovery went EXACTLY as he told me it would. I have no pain and only slightly reduced grip strength - just like he told me. He takes time with me and explains in plain language. He is so well regarded that other orthopedic surgeons come to learn from him.
