Dr. Ghosn Issa, MD

Dr Goshn is very thorough, he listens well and shows concern for his patients.

Doctor Issa is my favorite. He spends the appropriate amount of time with me and always has time to talk any issues I’m having. He has had a lot of turnover in his staff in the last two years and the level of service has declined.

He always listens to me and wants to know if I have any questions. I truly appreciate his help.

Dr. Issa delves deep into your symptoms to discover whether there’s any underlying causes. He does a good job of monitoring multiple problems. He is quietly efficient, but he is willing to explain things if you ask questions. Once you’ve stabilized your problems you may only have to go back yearly. He’s not trying to make money off unnecessary visits. Sign of a good doctor is one that puts himself out of business by keeping his patients healthy.

Dr. Issa was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. The experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. He referred me to an outpatient infusion center but the staff couldn't seem to make that happen. I called them several times and even had to call the infusion center myself who, in turn, called them to get the order. It took a full month to get the referral through to correct place. At one point the staff said they had faxed the order 'several times' but didn't get a confirmation. When I asked what they did to follow up they didn't have an answer. Through no fault of the Dr. I will be looking for another endocrinologist. It matters how people are treated by the staff.

Dr. Issa is very thorough and always asks how I am feeling. After having to have my thyroid removed, I am feeling better now and maintaining well. I truly appreciate how Dr. Issa explains everything very calmly and clearly to me. Dr. Issa is excellent and I feel confident under his care.

I appreciated that he did biopsy and not just guessed at what was going on.

Got my numbers perfect after first visit. Reconfirmed on 2nd and 3rd follow up visits.

Everyone was friendly and nice. Dr. Issa seems very thorough My only complaint is having to wait so long for appointments.

Took a family member here last week. Receptionist was rude and dismissive with a disgruntled look on her face. Dr. came in agitated and was also rude and dismissive to me for asking questions about relative’s condition and steps toward her future care. He had a snappy attitude with me as if I’m wasting his time by even being there.

Patient for several years. He is treating me for my Thyroid condition. He is always very pleasant and explains and answers all my questions. He is very thorough and I really appreciate him and his staff.

He is currently treating my sister. On first appointment, he didn't even review her medical records that showed she had an adrenal mass!! The office didn't follow up on the labs they ordered. One lab result was missing for 3 weeks! When she called the office to follow up, they told her to call the lab! Since when is it the patient's responsibility to follow up with the lab? He was pompous and condescending, spent only about 5 minutes with her, didn't listen or address her concerns. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this doctor for help. We will be filing formal complaints against him and his office.

He was geniunely interested in my health.

Very patient and kind with my aunt who has dementia and me as her caregiver. He discussed a multitude of options available and which one he thought was best for my aunt and why.

Follow up with Dr. Issa with regard to Thyroid issues. Excellent visit! Dr. Issa is thorough and professional. I highly recommend!

He listen to my concerns and he gave me instructions on how to get my BS in line. Good check up. Will plan to get in touch with him more often.
