I have been a patient of Dr. Ruiz for years. He always takes time to listen to me to determine exactly what problems I am having, and always comes up with an effective plan of action to make me better.

He seemed to be very interested and educated.

He’s good doctor that taking care of me

He does not rush with the patient does careful exam listen to the patient .

I have been seeing Dr Gilbert M. Ruiz for my ENT needs for several years, and he always understand my needs for a particular medical concern. He demonstrates expert knowledge. and provides excellent advice and treatment.

Dr. Ruiz is a wonderful doctor. Very patient and listens to me. I went to see him about my sleep apnea. He did help me with a Cpap machine however I couldn't tolerate that machine so I stopped going to him. Just find out he is trained in the Inspire Therapy. I hope to see him about this as I am running out of options for my sleep apnea

Not sure why people leave bad reviews on him because of other staff. He is a five star doctor in my opinion. I went in to my appointment, was taken back maybe 10 minutes after (wasn’t busy) then maybe a total of 20 minutes after he was in the room. He was very mild mannered and not aggressive or rushing at all. He listened to everything I had to say, and it was a long thing about another ent that didn’t do his job right and so now I was there. I was there to get wax on my eardrum off that a horrible ent at another place just left in my ear causing no hearing and also my throat that the other ent rushed through and didn’t explain anything. And this guy handled all that perfectly in every way. He checked everything that needed to be checked and never was acting like he just wanted to get it done. Super nice guy and thorough at what he did. It’s hard to find doctors today that act like they even want to help you. Much less one that is polite and kind mannered. I definitely recommend.

A warm welcome by the receiving nurse, short waiting time in the exam room, and a thorough and caring examination by Dr. Ruiz made today's visit to Ear-Nose-Throat clinic a pleasant experience. Therefore I can only heartily recommend Dr. Ruiz and his staff.

Back in 2001 and 2002 Dr. Ruiz misdiagnosed me and failed to realize I had hearing loss as a baby. He treated my mother like a paranoid parent and was unsympathetic to the whole situation. He misdiagnosed me three times in a row. Luckily my mother found a different, and competent, doctor and I was taken care of properly and can now hear, speak, and otherwise communicate on the level of a hearing individual. Love Dr Ruiz. I'm just not willing to wait for an hour and a half to see him. This is a consistent problem. Too bad. He's s great doctor. They cancel your appt if you're 15 minutes late. Mutual respect is important. His staff become s pirritated oif you ask for an estimate of when you'll finally be seen. so disrespectful.

Wonderful doctor and staff; just really hard to see him if you don't mind waiting at least a month and at least an hour in the waiting room. But the wait is worth it to have Dr Ruiz carry for you and your needs.

I have been going to Dr. Ruiz for the past 20+ years and will never stop! Amazing doc. Great personality and diagnostic skills. Thanks for being there Dr. Ruiz!

Excellent Doctor. Explained surgical procedures thoroughly. Outcome was better than expected!!
