Words can not express how wonderful Dr. Gilberto Torres Madriz is. After seeing many doctors for my health matters over four years, none of whom could solve my problem, one visit with him did it. His precision medicine technique was what I needed. After years of stomach problems, I am finally on my way to full recovery. I am grateful for his attention, listening skills, and precise diagnosis. He has helped me tremendously. His team work is very complete and efficient.

I have tried to pay a deductible on several occasions, however, every time I call the office. The receptionist tells me that I can pay by credit card. I told her that I refuse to pay in that form, so I mailed in a check. Four weeks later, the check has not been processed and the receptionist has the audacity to tell me to cancel the check and call her back to give her my credit card and CVV numbers. She said I do not need to have the name???? Furthermore, Catalina told me that she is in charge of posting the checks to the account, but she does not process mail-in checks??? What? So, the only way I can pay for RENDER services in a comfortable manner is to visit the office. This customer payment service method post Covid19 crisis is unacceptable. Please update your website that allows patients to pay their medical bills.

I had a follow up appt scheduled many weeks ahead of time but on such day, I arrived at the office to be told that the Dr. was not there due to an "emergency". The lady at the front stated that they tried calling me but they had the wrong number. They could have emailed or called my husband as they do have that info! I took time off work for nothing and this Dr only sees patients on Tuesday, which in itself it's absurd!!! Also, the cure he prescribed did not fix my issue at all.Go somewhere else
