I found Dr. Schmidt after months of research. I had been very sick and I was getting sicker. I needed a pair of fresh eyes and someone to lead a team of doctors to try and help me heal. She has done such a fabulous job. She is quick to return messages. She recommends the best specialists for your particular condition. She is also a teacher at KU so she is always up on the most currant techniques. She will come and see you when you are in the hospital That is one thing that I looked for. On top of everything else Dr, Schmidt is a Mom and Wife. I am not sure how she balances it all. She now sees me, my husband and our daughter. I know that you will grow to love her.
