Could care less about you
Dr. Matthew’s spends all of five minutes with you. Disregards Everything you say, and then, if you have the audacity to message her through the portal saying you’re still not feeling well, and her response is just to go to the ER. I’ve already moved on to another provider. One visit was quite enough.

Has a different way to help manage diabetes with insulin. Calls about problems handled relatively fast. Only negative is her lack of checking my feet.

I am confused as to why Dr. Matthew would have any poor reviews. She is very intelligent and has helped me immensely with my multiple conditions. She is no nonsense, which may be why people are saying they don’t like her, but she is so good. She takes time to look at all of the things going on and provides very beneficial advice. I am much healthier as a patient of Dr. Matthew than I ever was before with another endocrinologist, and I am grateful for her.

Dr. Mathew meets all of my medical needs with great professionalism. She is knowledgeable about new developments in endocrinology and recently helped me obtain a prescription for a new medication that has worked very well for me. She is pleasant to work with and takes the time necessary to address my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing medical advice in endocrinology.

Very rude and condescending. Doesn't seem to care if the medications she gives out help or make you feel better. Doesn't seem to listen, only talks to let you know how smart she is. No bedside manner whatsoever, not that I was looking for that. Just not personable or likable. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Her office is also in a rough part of town, and patients are also a little rough looking. I won't be going back, I tried for a year and things just didn't improve.

Puppy mill-too many patients-doesn't have time for patients' concerns. Rude. Bullies her patients. Her way (which is questionable) or the highway.
