There are very few appointments available and office staff tells you to go to urgent care if you are sick. Even after a discharge from the ER with directives to see your family doctor they avoid giving an appointment. Once I waited 3 weeks for an appointment - I can see specialists faster. I was looking for continuity of care so I stayed with them. Shame on me for staying with this horrible practice. I thought Dr. M seemed caring and nice but clearly this practice does not really care to follow their patients' health. They are just trying to survive with too few practitioners by treating patients poorly. Worst family practice I have ever been treated by.

Dr. Menichello is one of the best doctors in her field. She takes her time to listen, cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Staff & DR. Are confused about tests, meds patients are on; DR. Prescribes meds that cause more serious problems; DR. Usually late by 45 mins; DR. doesn’t communicate with patient; always seems rushed; would not recommend to anyone.
