Didn’t even get to make an appt
They have a very interesting way of taking in new patients . Apparently, someone calls you to make an appointment. The front desk representative said that someone would call me back in two days to make an appointment but I never got the call . I called on the third day and the representative said that it could take 3 days and that they are a “small office “ as an excuse as to why I haven’t heard back .How hard is it to take the info then and there ? Why do you have to wait 2 days ? ?????? who came up with this system ? Ima just transfer to a different office . Imagine waiting for my medications ? Like “hey, we will call you when we can ????????”

Dr. Marshall and staff are fantastic. Appointments are never rushed, wait times are minimal, and he takes the time to explain the what, how and why of your diagnosis in a way you can understand.

If you need a doctors note for taking your parent or grandparent to the doctor dont go here. They complain about writing notes, that are not FMLA doctor's note. Just a regular note stating the patient came into the office that day.

Office manager refused to make an appointment for me because I commented on their office hours. "I don't think we can accommodate you." Well, you're right about one thing; You don't think. You lost a client because you can't take a little criticism. The sad part is, you actually get paid to make these outlandish decisions. Have a nice life.
