Dr. Giovinetza Hasbun, MD

As a new patient, Dr. Hasbun made me feel as if we'd known each other for years. She took the time to address all of my concerns, and when I had follow up questions I sent through the health portal messages, she personally answered them at the end of the day. The front desk staff and the nurses were very kind and helpful as well. After a few not so great experiences at other practices, I'm grateful to have finally found a great doctor!

Dr Hasbun makes sure before you leave the room, you fully understand your medical condition.She explains everything,and has a wonderful bedside manner. One of the best primary Drs I’ve ever seen!!!

Went in for a check up and at the end of the visit was told not to leave because their policy requires a urine test. Turns out it was a pregnancy test… I did not need this as 1) I’m on birth control and take it almost perfectly and 2) at the time of my appointment I had just ended my last menstrual cycle. I did not appreciate the extra $50 charge for a test I did not need to take to behind with - policy or not. I used to really like this provider, she’s sweet and easy going but I do not appreciate being charged to pee in a cup when I don’t need that sort of test to be conducted. Will be changing my primary care doctor now.

I trust Dr Hasbun and really enjoy my doctors visited with her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I went to Dr. Hasbun for a general physical and a question about a symptom I had been experiencing for several months. I asked for certain blood tests which she finally added to the lab order after I had to advocate for myself several times for them to be done. She did not ask me about general health questions that I would expect for a new patient getting a physical (e.g. diet, exercise, sleep, etc.). She pressured me to receive a vaccine (not covid) that I told her I'd like to think about it, and she pressured me the entire appointment to get it anyway. She did tests for the symptom that I had brought in, but when everything came back normal days later on the lab results, I had to reach out to ask her for another potential explanation. She responded in MyChart with a one word answer, with no explanation, no offer for more tests, no offer for treatment, and no direction for me to take.
