Caring, knowledgeable and a holistic thinker.
Living with chronic illnesses, having a PCP who understands you, trusts you, and actually listens isn't just a bonus, it's a necessity. Dr. Joshi is a rare gem who truly cares about his patients. He does often run late, but that is because he is spending an appropriate amount of time for the patient with whom he is visiting. He actually pays attention, listens to you rather than spending time writing notes on his computer. He has a scribe for that, and it makes the experience that much better. I have been with him since approximately 2019, and can't even imagine having a new PCP. He is very kind and thoughtful, often asking about my family and how things are at home. He has an exceptionally holistic view of medicine, which is very helpful for people with chronic illness. If you tell him that your elbow hurts, he's going to ask questions, not just think about the elbow but think about the entire body and whether or not that is a symptom of something else. Truly wonderful doctor.

Kindness and being thorough
Dr Joshi is a gentleman, asks questions and listens. I think he is a great diagnostician. I feel heard when I leave, he diagnoses, comes up with a plan and treatment. I feel like I can tell him anything, even conflicting symptoms, for instance, I never know if the pain is a 3 or 5. He always follows up with proper treatments and meds if necessary.Did I mention he is very smart but does not talk down to you.

Quit my OWCP cases.
After more than twelve plus years I was being treated for Residuals for the open cases with USDOL. Uniquely the Practices believed in alternative medicines, also seen at Dr. D. Sulak in Falmouth. Unexpectedly they now do not allow OWCP and wanted Insurance which is not in the budget.

Excellent Doctor!
I was skeptical, as before my appointment I came here and saw only 2 reviews from 5 years ago. After years, and numerous doctors, Dr Joshi helped me on my very first appointment. He was thorough, honest, respectful, and the one Doctor I’ve seen in years who actually listened to me. I am thrilled to have him as my Doctor!

Dr. Joshi has one of the most important qualities in a physician and it's a quality sorely lacking in healthcare today. He LISTENS! He hears what I say and thinks about what I have said before responding. I also like that he offers alternative options and ideas and does not just prescribe meds automatically. He's an excellent physician and an enjoyable guy to interact with.

Dr. Joshi spends an appropriate amount of time with you so you have enough individual attention. Some doctors rush you or talk over you to speed things up. Dr. Joshi is patient and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend him.
