Dr. Patel takes care of my entire family he takes his time, and actually talks to you. In these days Dr.s will tell you down load the app and that is how we will communicate but not Dr. Patel this is one of the things I love about him. He also see patients with no insurance, and it’s not expensive. His staff is great.

Dangerously unprofessional
I have gone for my annual physical to him for three years now and like him very much. He is caring, attentive and smart. HOWEVER, there is another side of the practice that is dangerously unprofessional. I experienced this from the onset, when, my prescription refill was not received by my pharmacy after two days of leaving messages. This same problem has happened now, in one for or another, roughly, four times. This is not taking care of patients' health. This causes unnecessary worry and stress for something that should be easy and streamlined. Not to mention, potentially leaving people without necessary medication. I gave this practice a chance, until it just happened, again. After follow up messages I decided to go directly to the office to make sure it was taken care of and a receptionist calls me 40 minutes later to tell me to never do that again, and while I was explaining this isn't the first time, she tells me my pharmacy lied to me and she hung up on me.

Never would recommend. Patel is Horrid. I’m in a nursing home. When I complained of severe abdominal pain, Patel did not even exam me or touch & palpate my abdomen. I felt like he treated me like a leper. Today, I filed a complaint with the state. I have a UTI, which can be v serious given my extensive history of kidney stones and infections & my having the kidney failure gene. I was in one of the stages of kidney failure a few years ago and don’t wish to relapse. I gave a urine specimen 6 days ago and the lab suggested effective antibiotics. I still have not received any despite repeated calls and messages from the nurse to Patel . Avoid Patel like the plague. He probably wouldn’t treat you for it anyway. I used to work in Medical Education and frequently had to rate healthcare professionals & facilities. I’d give Patel a big fat F. FFFFFFF. Forget him. Find another doc.

Best doctor I’ve ever seen in my 49 years. He is intelligent, compassionate and truly cares about his patients. His office isn’t flashy but I’m not going to see a doctor for the decor. Great staff and very responsive.

Dr. Patel reminds me of the old fashioned doctors years ago who really cared about you. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and always leaves me with a sense of satisfaction. He is a compassionate and dear man.

This office is small and crowded and a bit chaotic, I suspect the wait times can be long, but I was scheduled first.--It's not not Park or Madison Ave. or high tech, but the doctor seems excellent and importantly takes the time to get to know the patient. When I inquired about test results, I was told he would call back after 6, and he called about 6:30 and again did not rush the conversation as most doctors do, and gave me specific steps to take.

I love this guy and his entire staff! They're very kind, understanding and they go out of their way to put you at ease. I was hospitalized and I was scared and he went as far as to call me off the clock to see if I was okay. It really meant a lot.
