Outstanding! It’s been nearly 5 years now and every visit I’ve had he has been caring, professional, responsive. He is always ready to take the initiative to ensure I get the best care from not only him and his staff but those he recommends for specific conditions.

Dr. Arpino made this visit one of the most pleasant I have ever had at a doctors office. He was extremely friendly and it was obvious that he cared about giving me the best treatment possible. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a doctor in his field.

Dr. Arpino actually is a very good. But it doesn't matter how skilled he is if he is surrounded by blathering idiots who refuse to do their jobs! While Dr. Arpino asks his medical assistant to put in referrals, it becomes meaningless when the assistant doesn't put in the referrals, and then when you call and complain, the referral office takes the referral and puts it in the garbage. Dr. Arpino depends on competent staff, and they are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!

I went in because I'm having drastic sudden-onset memory problems and thought maybe it had something to do with my chronic sleep issues, but he just recommended I "go get some CBT" and coded the bill as I went in for insomnia. Which my insurance didn't cover because getting enough sleep is a "lifestyle" problem, not a medical one. But I didn't go to him because of my sleep issues, I went because I was having drastic memory problems. Don't go to him if you want your insurance to cover any of it.

If Dr. Arpino would ever move I would move just to have him as my doctor! He is the most kind, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy and personable doctor I have ever had! I am so very grateful that he is my doctor and a fine looking one too! Every time I leave his office I think God for him and feel so blessed to know that he works with God in protecting my health. I cannot sing his praises loud enough or long enough!

Let me start out by saying that I don't think Dr. Arpino is a bad doctor. He did however forget to send my antibiotic to the pharmacy. I have been trying for 3 days to get the antibiotic, but front staff keeps referring me to "Kayla" the Medical Assistant, who never returns my calls or my pharmacy's calls. I even showed up in person yesterday to see if that would speed the process up, but was again referred back to Kayla. I paid my $30 copay and now I just want the antibiotic that was prescribed

This is the worst office staff I have dealt with in regards to my disabled adult son. The staff is rude, unprofessional and really need some people skills. I will not be using this office in the future. It doesn't matter how good a doctor is, if he has horrible staff.
