Disappointing first…and last visit
Following a Dr.s recommendation I was set up with an appointment with Dr. Wagner. After waiting for at least 2 months for a returnCall and an appointment I called the office and set one up myself.. The appointment was later changed to Her PA (which was not what I asked for. ) I was late arriving for my 9:00 appointment 3 minutes late ( traffic ……as I am quite a distance from the office) I was immediately told I was outside the 15 minute window and reschedule would be required. I was then told my appt. was at 8:45 not 9:00. I’m assuming they changed the time snd did not tell me. I did not reschedule. Too far, too many communications errors, and my request to see the Dr. was nothonored. This is not a criticism of the Dr. but of her scheduling staff. Note : I did not receive treatment.

Dr WAgner took care of my daughter. Dr Wagner was professional, polite, informative, kept my daughter out of pain and showed 100% attention to detail. Her staff was over and beyond perfect from check in to discharge.

Dr. Wagner is a wonderful human being. She is kind, friendly, genuine, happy and funny. A joy to have as a Doctor. With all this being said, she is a terrific surgeon. She performed surgery on my husband David Barron, a tonsillectomy and septoplasty so he could breathe again. He hasn't been able to do this since he was a teenager. I can't say enough about her and her staff. And with such an important type of surgery they are just what you want as a team! We Highly Recommend Them!!!

First of all dr wagoners staff is over the top. They are kind, compassionate and efficient. They give u the feeling that u r in very good hands. Dr Wagner is wonderful. She is professional yet very kind and reassuring. She is down to earth and ready to answer any questions u have. I am so happy that I was referred to Dr Wagner.

I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. Dr. Wagner is the kind of doctor you wish for..... she is always ready to listen, to advise and to be there for you. I wish I had more doctors like her... I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
