Extremely rude and unprofessional
The girl working the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional as is the Dr. Beside manner was unprofessional as well and felt like we were in a hostile environment. Would not recommend her to anyone. The girl in the front desk even accused us of missing an appointment which we didn't make or confirm so they pocket 50$ from us.

Dr. Bensinger is wonderful !!! She is kind, caring, and a good diagnostician I refuse to believe the negative reports that have been written! They make absolutely no sense! thank you Dr B!!!!

I had what I believed to be a UTI; called Dr. Bensinger (I am her patient). She was away for a few days but after I called her very pleasant service, she called me back, heard my symptoms and prescribed medicine for me to my pharmacy. I felt like my old self in just 2 days!! A very take charge doctor.

This is not someone to see if you want companionate and competent medical care. Dr. Bensinger needs to develop her “bedside manner”. She was cold, rushed, abrupt, and unconcerned with anyone’s feelings but her own. I strongly recommend starring clear of this doctor if you can.

Dr. Giti Bensinger was very thorough with everything I was diagnosed with very sweet kind and she answered all my calls after she performed my surgery she took good care of me I highly recommend her she 100% thank you for everything DR.Bensinger .

I had bladder relapse surgery performed by Dr. Bensinger. She took very good care of me, answered all of my questions and after the surgery took calls from me when I needed her. It has been over a year now and I would highly recommend her. She is smart and very good at what she does.

I had an operation last year and Dr.Bensinger performed the surgery "prolapse of the urine bladder." It is 1 year later and I feel great, the problem is gone, I am not having any more bladder infections nor do I have any symptoms I had a surgery. She is a great doctor who saved my life, I could not function on a daily routines and always worried about my heath. Thank you Dr.Bensinger for your great job!!!!

Prior to making an appt with Dr. Bensinger I was warned by another physician within Maimonides that I should avoid her at all costs, because she is for lack of a better term, mean. However she is the only Urogynecologist that accepts my insurance. Today, I experienced her horrible bedside manner first hand. Not only have I been to her numerous times without her identifying/solving my issue, not only do I have to wait 1-2 hours each visit, she is also EXTREMELY condescending. Would not recommend.

Older patients need a slower and gentler touch so the exam and tests are not as painful. You can do better, Dr. Bensinger, in that regard as well as return phone messages. Then I'd give you 5 stars.
