Dr. Gladstone Payton, has been our physician for a long time, but the staff is very unprofessional, when talking to the patients, especially on the phone, it is a hassle just to get any information, and to try to get prescriptions filled, they feel that they are doing a service just by you being a patient, they don't let the patient know when they need to be rechecked, and let you wait a number of days just to fill several prescriptions, for this reason and many more, we are no longer seeing Dr. Payton, and have another doctor, it is too bad that they only care about the patients who they can get tests and procures done through the insurance company, so sad, and so disrespectful to all that are under their care

Dr. Payton has been my favorite doctor going back to 1995 with the Navy. He has only gotten better with time. I would give him a higher rating but your system limits my true thoughts of Dr. Payton..

I’ve been seeing Dr.Payton for forty years. He takes his time and actually listens to you. That’s hard to find these days. His wait is long but worth it.

He is caring and kind in his health services. A thorough exam with questions and a referral to further testing and a specialist if needed to get to the root of the problem. His services are excellent. Independent doctor's are great. He takes time to listen to his patients.
