Find his assessment, suggestions, recommendations to be very systematic, thorough. Did a sleep study to diagnose my issues and have now had success with my CPAP machine.

I feel Dr Adams has found my problem, i have a CPAC now and I sleep for a full 8 hrs a night, I wake up refreshed. I have had no problems, with asking questions or with his staff. Very Professional.

I was treated in Md for 25 years, including John Hopkins. For the most part, modestly successful. Dr. Adams has been professional, insightful, and diligent in defining my sleep apnea and RLS issues. He has been wonderful! as has his staff. I am most grateful! If you have Apnea or RLS, I highly recommend him.

Anyone thinking of having a sleep study done should see Dr. Adams. I just had mine done last evening and the experience was great. The staff makes you feel very comfortable. They have sleep number big beds, a big room with bathroom. Thank you Dr. Adams and my staff nurse Dianna.

I have been with Dr Adams for a number of years. I like him well enough but his receptionist Sherie is a witch! Seriously she is so rude and unhelpful and negative. Thus the two star rating. I just don’t understand why he allows her to treat patients the way she does. She should have been fired a long long time ago.

I appreciate Dr. Adams‘ clear and concise information. His willingness to make certain that I completely understand the issues, diagnosis, and plan of treatment (in a professional and caring way) is why I will continue to recommend him.

Not enough space here to report my full encounter - suffice to say I had very similar experience as reported above - rude all around. Dr Adams did not like my difficult questions about visit, testing methods, and bills. Since my visit I have received countless bills from... Dr Adams, Sarasota Memorial, Sarasota Oxygen, and Carecentrix for what was supposed to be a TRIAL of Philips CPAP unit. My bills have totaled thousands of dollars (and i returned the unit after trial). Question everything!

What I can count on is consistent rudeness from the staff (Sherie). To be fair she is overworked....she is the receptionist, nurse, order of supplies, phone lines and anything else except being the doctor.

Just jumped on this website to get his number, and thought I might leave a review,as he’s been my sleep specialist physician for at least 7 years. Find him to be an excellent doctor, and always takes plenty of time to evaluate and discuss my situation. Good stay staff, and highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Adams is not only the best sleep doctor I've ever been to, but one of the most concerned and caring physicians I've ever seen. His staff is about the best around as well. I've seen all of the other sleep doctors in Sarasota, and don't waste your time with them. I had to move to the Columbia, SC area over a year ago and almost cry every time I have to go to the sleep doctor because I miss the care of Dr. Adams so much. If I could afford it, I'd fly back to see him instead.

The experience was more like a firehose of information with very little opportunity to ask questions. I didn't get any session of compassion, just another client that had to be dealt with. The staff was exceptional ... the nighttime technician was wonderful and that made me continue with the study. However now I need the physicians help with the CPAP machine provider and I don't have the confidence that a phone call will help.
