I was seeing the PA and the PA stated she was getting the DR and the first thing the DR said was that he had a patient waiting. That turned me right off. When we looked at my labs the past three times and I asked what dose I was on then the PA/DR couldn't answer me and when I asked since they were all in range why the dose was changed an appropriate answer was not given. And then the DR told me that I have to take the dose the way it was prescribed or to go someone else.

On two occasions, I waited for one hour, then inquired about further waiting and was told there were still several patients ahead of me. I left - for good.

At last appointment I was told to call Dr office in July for appointment for October. When finally getting to talk a human person. I was told he has no appointments for October and to call back in a couple of weeks and the schedule for November will be open and then could get appointment. Doesn't seem like this office care about patient's health, didn't bother to ask me why I was making appointment, just interested in telling me there was no appointments for me and that call back.

Overall - very satisfied with Dr. McGrath's professionalism and capability, but my experience in dealing with his Doylestown office staff is an exercise in frustration and rudeness, to the point that I've considered going elsewhere.
