Dr. Glenn Orsak, MD

First off, I've been going to this office for a while and only saw Orsak once and have never seen him in the office since. Second, I had an early morning appointment and due to having to take my kids to school, I got there 12 minutes late. They promptly canceled my appointment and told me I had to reschedule. I have had multiple issues with the office staff in the past. They got a little better (marginally) for a little bit. But now, they're horrible again. They have no issues making the patient wait for 15-30 minutes, but won't wait on you for 10. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

My husband and I both absolutely LOVE Dr. Orsak and his staff. They are always helpful and thorough.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Orsak for over 10 years. He is awesome. His staff is awesome. I don't want to think about where I would go if he moved.

Today was my first office visit. Dr. Orsak was very nice and his staff was great as well.

(full disclosure, I just posted this same review on google reviews. but I noticed Orsak had an average of 3 stars and wanted to share my experience with him. Certainly does not deserve just 3 stars by any stretch. I've been going to see Dr. Orsak for 10+ years. He and his staff have always treated me with respect, and I've always felt Dr. Orsak took the time to listen to my concerns and take the best course of action, that was in my best interests. I don't know about others, but I rarely have to wait to be seen. Its very rare that I have to wait for than 5 minutes passed my appointment time. And since he started leveraging e-prescribe, requesting refills for my prescriptions has been an absolute breeze. He is VERY responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Orsak to anyone looking for a smart, reliable and responsive primary care physician.

Have been with Dr. Orsak for 22 years and was always very pleased with him and his Practice. His staff is courteous and kind. No complaints !! Would definitely recommend!!

Dr. Orsak is a very good general family medicine doctor. He has been my doctor for 10 years and has always done a very good job. He spends the time I need, answers questions and makes sound referrals. Dr. Orsak is confident in his diagnosis and will explain his thinking if you ask. Beyond being a very good doctor he is bright and well read and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend him. My only issue has been the difficulty in getting thru to his office on the phone.

Glenn Orsak is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever seen. I would never recommend him to anyone. The first time I saw him I was scared based on I was having tremors and of course looked up all kinds of horrific things online. His first response to seeing the tremors I had was to tell me that is how his brother's ALS started and that it was a 4 year death sentence. DO NOT GO SEE HIM. I have tried to see him again, but has been so unhelpful. I will find another doctor.

Dr. Orsak has been our family PCP for well over 15 years. He and his staff are remarkable. I have had several health issues and he has always given me the time and answers I have needed.

A narrsisist, arrogant and zero people skills! Everything you don't want in a Doctor I usually saw the P A., they were great, but don't stay, wonder why!! Wish someone would have warned me...

I have been going to Dr. Orsak for over 15 years and he has always been compasionate and had been an outstanding doctor. He listens to me and discussed in length treatment plans. In additin due to my conditioons I have had to have numerous referrals and Denise that handles those is amazing. I would definately recommend him to family and friends.

He is a narcissist. Loves to hear himself talk. Doesn't listen to his patients or pay attention to lab and radiology records. Failed to react to a suspicious finding on my father's CT scan...and he now has Stage IV cancer.

Dealing with Billing @ Texas Gulf Coast Systems - eehhhh blah but I think that is for any consumer, but make no mistake the the level of service from the Doc is outstanding. He's not a push over for those wanting the unnecessary but he is going to do what's right for you. Easy to talk to, listens and answers questions. High Recommend!!

Dr. Orsack is very friendly, discusses your condition or illness with you on a personal basis, treats you with respect, and treats your condition or illness in a timely manner.
