Highly recommend
Dr Salgado has treated more than one person in my family and we think she's great. She is kind and compassionate, and actually listens and thinks through a treatment plan instead of just thoughtlessly writing prescriptions. The whole office staff is super friendly and helpful and I highly recommend!!

Completely Unprofessional
Telehealth
Interrupts me as a patient, prescribes without consent or approval of medication from the patient TAKING IT, complains to patient about how they are getting in the way of her schedule when I was simply attending a follow up appointment THAT I WAITED PATIENTLY FOR after her prescribing meds that I was not willing to take. Was told that I should “just deal with it for 2 weeks” and then I could get the change I needed. Proceeds to unprofessionally talk about the stimulant shortage “not being her fault” and that shortening my dose would not affect my quality of life regardless of my own personal experience with the medication. After placing a complaint, I was devalued and discharged from the practice. Great mental health advocate, right?

I can’t even begin to put into words how amazing Dr. Salgado is! She has been working with me for over 5 years now and has changed my life. She genuinely wants to help her patients to work towards bettering their mental health. I came to her while I was in such a dark place. I had a hard time just getting through the day and going to school because of my anxiety and depression. I had trouble day to day and I didn’t see much of a future. With help from Dr. Salgado, not only did she help me to get to a place where I was able to go to school and graduate high school, I also graduated college as well! The way Dr. Salgado listens, cares, and is compassionate to her patients is so impressive. I highly recommend her to anyone. I am forever grateful to have her in my life!

Patient Abandonment
Refused care and dropped child as a patient with no notice after 4 years. Teenagers with mood disorders need help and support. Disgusting and borders on patient abandonment.
