Dr. Gloria Marlowe, MD

By far one of the worst doctors I have ever experienced. She did not do her job professionally in any way. Her visits were very short. She would stand at the door not even coming in the room to check on the incision from my operation or any other thing. Her shift visits were as if she would come only so that she could cover herself. When I shared my concerns about my health such as my hand tremors, she did not care enough to even listen and when she did listen she would call me a lair. She would not bother to investigate my condition or situation at all. Also when my family and I brought our concerns to her attention, she did NOT show up for her next duty visit. Not only were her visits useless but they were very stressful. I had four surgeons and she was the ONLY one I had such a negative experience with.

My mother had a surgery and Dr. marlowe has been so unprofessional throughout the process. We are very frustrated. When my mother brought up her health concern she did not listen and called her a lier instead. She did not check on her incision at all and didn't show up one day. She made a false report saying that she did and her incision looked good. When confrunted, she apologized. (Even on the days she did show up, she would stand by the door far from my mother. Not checking up on her, etc) She has been the worst experience we have had with a doctor.

Had a surgery; incredibly disappointed that Dr. Marlowe never came out and spoke with my husband or mother after my surgery to discuss how things went, answer any questions, discuss when the pathology results would be in. Has also not contacted me (via email, phone, etc) to see how I am doing post-op or if I have any questions. I find this, especially as someone in the healthcare field) as unprofessional and not meeting standards of care.
