She’s very caring and concerned about my health, she took the time to explain my labs, she is very straight forward

Please stay away from this Dr. She cares less about her patients health and is not willing to go above and beyond. i needed "a "form filled out for my employer due to stress and depression due to my sisters death, hurricane Irma , and my parents being diagnosed with a terminal illness. long story short she wrote on the form i was OK to work. does she not know depression is a serious condition? i will not be returning to this Dr. office at all.
