The entire office always provides a great experience. Compassion excellence and continuity of care was experienced by myself. Dr Cruz and Valerie are wonderful professionals and I highly recommend Dr Cruz.

Best doctor and office staff I’ve ever encountered! Shots have changed my life. The staff make you feel like you are right at home! Their holiday decorations, smiling faces, everything just makes you feel at ease! And the ladies there are a sight for sore eyes ;)

Dr Cruz is great and always spends the time I need with me. Those that says she’s in a rush to get to the next patient or her office might want to look at why maybe they’re the problem. Her staff is lovely and calling Moe the door mat is racist. Calling the other two females in the office narcissistic and arrogant just shows someone lack of understanding of those words. As far as the billing is concerned I know math is hard for some but give the door mat a call I’m sure he’ll be happy to explain how the numbers add up. Overall this office is great and I hate seeing negative reviews when most people have the exact opposite experience.

Dr Cruz is an OK doctor for trigger point injections for joint and muscle pain. She's not much for having conversations with patients. Dr Cruz gives the appearance of always being very busy and being in a hurry to get done with you and off to her next patient or to sit in her office on her computer. However, as a patient, I always felt that I spent more time with the two narcissistic and arrogant female assistants she employs who are both VERY condescending and seem to have a problem with looking at you when speaking to you. The only pleasant person in the office is the guy, Moe, at the reception desk. However, he appears to be their "doormat" and does whatever it is that neither of the female chicks want to do. And, finally wait til you get a bill from them. They use a very unique way to add and subtract and include insurance payments and write-offs!!

Dr Cruz is nothing short of amazing. She has performed several procedures on me , the last being the first of two RFAs. Her skill is well beyond any other provider that I’ve sought for pain relief and her concern for her patient’s comfort is exceptional. I trust her with my life. I thank God I found her.

Amazing Dr with extensive expertise treating complex back issues. I’ve had multiple surgeries and Dr Cruz is simply the best.

Dr. Cruz and her staff are wonderful. They are quick to get you in for appointments. Prompt response and on top of all my health needs and insurance verifications. They all go above and beyond.

Dr. Cruz and her entire staff are very compassionate and demonstrate the utmost professionalism. Dr. Cruz is very knowledgeable about all issues dealing with bodily pain and discomfort, and not only addresses those issues, but demonstrates compassion towards her patients. After numerous surgeries, Dr. Cruz has helped me to manage my pain enabling me to continue working, and living life. I would highly recommend Dr. Cruz to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain issues, I would give her 10 stars if the program would allow me to.

The doctor and everyone there seem so helpful and kind. I especially liked the receptionist Moe because he took the time to help me and explain what I needed.

Dr Cruz was very proficient and professional. On the other hand her Practice Administrator Valerie is a real piece of work. She's very rood and treats you like your beneath her. I do not suggest treatment when there is a person like Valerie that you have to deal with.

Dr Cruz was very nice however because of the Virus she advised us to wait for treatment. The office manager, Valerie, however is not concerned for the patients and their needs. She took it upon herself to decide that the doctor would not be treating my husband. I called on May 12 and asked why they had contacted my family doctor but never called me to talk about my husband's issues. She wrote on the file that I was rude. WHAT?? We only talked for a minute and I was not rude. I will find a way to let the doctor know about her staff.

I absolutely love Dr. Cruz! She is the best! She listens, takes her time with you and really cares. She is smart, intelligent and warm person. Besides being a brilliant doctor, she is the kind of person you would love to hang out with.

Thank heaven my Ortho doctor recommended Dr. Cruz. She is personable, knowledgeable and listens carefully to your concerns. The office is very neat and clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. The wait time is minimal. I think you might also be very happy if you chose Dr. Cruz as your pain specialist.

Today, Tuesday, 10/29/19, I had a 9:30 appointment only to be seen at 10:15. Dr. Cruz walks in complaining of allergies and proceeded to sniffle throughout the 3 minute evaluation. It was obvious by her questions that she did not remember me from May. I made this appointment because I needed a 2nd cortisone injection. In May I had been referred to Dr. Cruz for pain management due to a terrible car accident. At that time, I had my 1st cortisone injection. She told me to call and make an appointment if I needed a repeat injection in the coming months. Five months later, I did just that. During the evaluation today, she asked me what my pain level was on a scale of 1 - 10, I told her a 9. She said okay you need the trigger point injections again, I will see you next Monday. Today is Tuesday!! I said wait, what? I have to wait an entire week for a cortisone injection when I specifically made the appointment for a follow up injection? I have been a patient of Dr Cruz for over 3 years and she is one of the finest doctors I have ever seen. Her treatments have stopped the need for surgery and she always shows great concern for her patients.

Dr. Cruz and staff are wonderful! Everyone is very nice ,knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Dr. Cruz is very patient, and willing to take the time to figure out where the pain is coming from, and trying various procedures until the pain is resolved. I highly recommend this physician! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

the doctor doesn’t seem to know much about her specialty . She and her staff are rude and don’t take much time with the patient.
