Dr. Glynis Coates, MD

My daughter who is a veteran went in to the E.R. and was seen by Dr. Coates but left without knowing what was causing her pain. Although my daughter stated Dr. Coates wasn’t mean or rude, the fact that she went in with severe pain and left there with NO resolution is very upsetting! She was informed that they were not going to take an additional steps that they should due to other critical patients waiting to be seen. So the fact that my daughter was not what they classified as critical…meant her pain was not serious enough for them to take the necessary precautions to determine what was wrong with her? Unacceptable!!!! This is exactly why people don’t like dealing with military hospitals!
