Dr. Gonzalo Corona-Gonzalez, MD

This doctor is the worst! He claims to want to see his patients every two months because he “cares” but it’s only to charge for office visits. Sent me for a surgery that I didn’t need and left me worse off but won’t take accountability. Sends me for bloodwork and unnecessary tests every couple of months. This guy is a joke. Best thing I did was as switch providers. Stay away!

Have been trying to get medical records from this office since January 6th with no response. Called again in February was told they would send the next day and still they did not send them. Resubmitted request via fax again in March with no response. In April I called again and was told by their medical records department to refax the request, was asked my name, phone and fax number so they could send me the records the next day but still did not receive. Called again today 5/7/20 was told the medial records department was out today but to call back tomorrow to speak to them but according to their answering machine they are closed on Fridays. The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. When I tried calling them back they did not answer and let the call go to their answering machine. I would give no stars but unfortunately I have to mark one.

BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR. HE IS VERY RUDE( ASSUMES YOU HAVE DIABETES BEFORE YOU ARE DONE TALKING). ORDERS UNNECESARY TESTS JUST TO CHARGE INSURANCE. HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PATIENCE AT ALL WITH PATIENTS AND IF YOU HAVE MEDICARE HE OVERCHARGES *LEAVING A BALANCE FOR PATIENTS TO PAY SINCE HE WONT WRITE OFF ANYTHING. AND SENDS YOU TO COLLECTION IMMEDIATELY.
