Unfortunately, after my $20k procedure, I ended up with an asymmetrical body where my right buttock is significantly bigger than my left. I reached out to Lucja to express my concerns, and she advised me to wait 8 months to a year post-op before considering any revisions, even though the contract stated otherwise. Over a year later, it took a few tries and a couple of weeks before I finally got a call back from Lucja. She asked me to send pictures of my concerns. I called and text several times since sending the pictures and haven't heard back. It's really disappointing, especially because NY Surgical Arts was so quick in returning my calls before I made the final payment. And it seems like I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, as I've seen similar complaints from other reviewers. If I could offer some suggestions, I'd say it's important to carefully choose a surgeon who has "before" pictures that resemble your current physique. This way, you'll have a more realistic idea of what to expect after the procedure. It's also worth asking about specific post-operative recommendations for recovery. For example, recommendations for lymphatic massages (as the quality can vary), compression garments, specific nutrients, creams, oils, and even considering the use of belly button plugs - all of these can greatly help in the recovery process. Also, I recommend using a board-certified plastic surgeon. I genuinely hope that your experience turns out to be much more positive than mine. Best of luck!

On April 3rd Dr. Andan performed lipo 360 and arm lipo on me. As a single mother, I forgot about myself and the gym for years. My focus was on making my child feel safe and rebuilding my home. Now I am in my mid forties and back to feeling great about my body. The best feeling is that it looks natural. He truly listened to what I wanted, he is an artist! Dr. Andan returned my confidence. I feel sexy and comfortable in my clothes again!

Had a consultation with this doctor & he didn’t show up. I Made time out my busy schedule to make this virtual consult for no one to contact me. I was already on the fence about a “virtual” consult because I need to meet & see my surgeon face to face before moving forward with an invasive surgery. Not showing up sets the tone for me. Having plastic surgery is very serious, at least for me & finding the right surgeon matters. I was interested based on what I saw on Instagram but everything isn’t always what it seems to be on social media. Imagine inquiring about a $7,000-$15,000 procedure for No one to show up. That’s big dollars on the line. As a business owner, I would NEVER. Plus first impressions are everything. I’ve done research on this doctor & he’s constantly late for surgeries & has patients come in early & leave at 9-10 PM. Huge RED FLAG. I was Going to give him the benefit of the doubt. But him & his team did me a favor. It may not be a big deal to them or you but not showing

I had a tummy tuck and BBL with Dr Andan, let me first say I visited about 3 other surgeons but chose Dr Andan because I felt that he really cared about his patients. After my procedure I noticed my belly button looked horribly wrong... he offered to "Fix" it but ending up not looking well at all. Now I can't wear anything that shows my belly because of my belly button. I now have a complex and hate my stomach. I regret having this surgery and worst part my husband tried calling and emailing the office to let them know how upset/depressed I am and no one even responded back. #verydisappointed

I can't express enough how happy I am so far. Although I am only 10 days post-op (360 Lipo), I am pleased with the current results and the overall process with Dr. Andan. I met with 4 surgeons until I found Dr. Andan and knew instantly he was the right choice for me. I really wanted to trust my gut (as it's always right with everything). So I chose him based on instinct. But the highly-rated reviews I read about him were a great indication of his talent and care. Him and his staff were amazing. His assistant Lucja is a gem and very professional. They all made the process so comfortable from the beginning, ...followed-up promptly with any question I had, ...and ended up having zero nerves the day-of. I'm so grateful for Dr. Andan and his work of art and for giving me my confidence back. Aside from the usual post-op soreness and swelling, I'm healing wonderfully and looking great overall. I'm really looking forward to seeing the final results.

After many months of searching for a plastic surgeon, I came across Dr. Andan and his staff. From the minute I put a step in his office to the minute I spoke to him, he and his assistant Lucja gave me that confidence I had been looking for. His work ethic, his knowledge, professionalism and honesty is what made me decide to have plastic surgery with him. He has exceeded my expectations! The passion he has for his job is phenomenal. His staff is amazing AND truly care for every patient, specially Lucja, she was very attentive from the start to the end. I would recommend Dr. Gordon Andan to anyone because he is THE BEST!

I would like to thank Dr. Andan an his wonderful staff for the great communication back an fourth. After searching up an down I came across New York Surgical Arts page an the before an after pics were amazing especially the after photos. Dr. Andans work is by far the best I've seen. I went for my consultation an met with Lucja an Dr. Andan. They both were for informative an made me feel comfortable with my decision. I feel an look amazing after having three wonderful kids an always working an no time to work on me...Dr. Andan did just that. He turned my unhappiness with my body into a work of art. I'm back in love with myself all over again thanks to Dr. Andan aka hands of a God.

My visit and surgery with Dr Andan was great! I would recommend him for your cosmetic surgical procedures. Oh and I have to mention the lovely Lucja....she’s just amazing and always available throughout my entire process.

After being recommended by a friend of mine. I looked into Dr. Andan. I seen his work and i was impressed. The Dr ALWAYS being late and the long wait. I was not satisfied with my results. What i expected was not like what i got. i still have areas that were not removed. I feel like i paid my money for him to do what he wanted and not what i asked. 3mos post op i expressed my concerns with him and he dismissed me and told me to come back in a few months. I am very disappointed with the services.

Dr. Andan and Lucja are amazing. They are warm, super honest, and professional. I knew what to expect and I beyond loved my results. Went back to get my arms done too! You won’t go round with Dr.Andan.

Dr. Andan and his assistant made me feel extremely safe Andre comfortable. They checked on me every day to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything for them. They are always available if you have any questions or concerns. My curves are to die for. I never I would see a flat stomach every again in. My 360lipo was worth every penny. I am the true definition of "snatched".

Dr. Andan is a trustworthy and caring surgeon. He honestly wants the best possible results for you. He is definitely one of the best surgeons in this field.

June 28th, 2017 I had my tummy tuck done with Dr.Gordon Andan. His nurse and him made me feel absolutely comfortable before the procedure. They prepare you and keep you well informed before the surgery weeks in advanced. They truly take pride in their job, you can tell. He is friendly, kind , patient and knowledgable. It's been a month today and their still with me for every step to recovery. I HIGHLY recommend. My stomach is beautifully flat and fit great into my clothes now!!! WOOOO!!!

I love Dr Andan and Lucja! I went on 3 consults for lipo360 and fat transfer to the hips. At my consultation he walked into the room with a bright smile. He made me feel comfortable and confident in him as my surgeon. He is very detail orientated and easily understood what my problem areas were without me having to over explain myself. I am 1 week post-op and I never thought I would be so happy. No regrets! 100% satisfied patient! I wish there was more space to explain how great he truly is!

Dr Andan, Lucja and all his staff are excellent human beings and extraordinarily professional. Everyone is very courteous, attentive, respectful, friendly, and very caring. Today is a week that I did my BBL and I have no complaints. Dr Andan did a superb job with me. The results are noticeable and satisfying. Unproffessional office. This is not a medical office as one might expect. The Doctor has no affiliation with a hospital...a red flag that I did not know was important until too late. The "staff" consists of a practice manager who has no credentials other than being a patient, and an "assistant" with the same qualifications. Both are extremely difficult to understand. My messages are not returned, and questions I have go unanswered. First consult, locked door. Last appt., no one showed. Not good

My experience with Dr. Andan was beyond incredible. Not only is his team extremely attentive, but everyone was courteous, caring, professional and overall complimented the entire office.The location itself is organized & very elegant.
