Telehealth

I received care from this doctor for several months. His behavior was normal but he overextended and asked if l needed refills too often. I declined, unless I was in need. He requested to see me far too often than most tele-health providers that you would see for mental health prescription management. I had an appointment with him, one which he didn't show. The next one the following day, he muted me at the beginning and didn't share his video. I contacted the office and they reached out to him. In the span of 24 hours with two appointments he decided he no longer wanted to be my provider. I was notified by a Same day health employee over the phone. I was shocked, as this has NEVER happened. I asked her if this was common because I was unsure, she replied, ' with this provider, yes yes it is'. Very odd behavior and patients do not deserve this level of care.
